Homework Helpthread

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Homework Helpthread. Here you can ask questions relating the homework that you have and others may reply and help you. This thread is NOT intended to be a "do my homework" type of place though. You may ask questions but there are limitations if the questions are relatively similar.

In this thread, you will be able to ask questions on the following topics:
1. English / Literature (Transactional, Literary, etc...)
2. Mathematics (Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Personal Finance, etc...)

2+2 is the number of sides a quadrilateral polygon has. It's also the number of divisions in a year in which weather patterns generally change. And it's the number of faces on a triangular pyramid. It's also the second closest whole number to pi.

I'm not sure what your question is but I'll try to help as much as I can ^^.

y=9a+7 is a linear line in which "a" represents "x". The line is already in slope-intercept form (in which the "y" value is isolated). From this point on, you can figure out the slope as well as the y-intercept of the line. The slope of the line is the coefficient of "a", which would be 9/1 or just 9. The y-intercept is the constant which is 7. I hope I did everything right ^^.
