i've only made these once, and i skipped the last part of the cooking process, but they were really good---but HOTTT!!!! ><; i hate spicy food, and i didn't realize how spicy they would be when i made them, but besides that they were pretty good. i'd avoid them if you have a sensitive tummy, though. ^^; this recipe also makes quite a bit.
Spicy Boneless Spareribs
2 lbs boneless ribs
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup whiskey
2 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp instant minced onion
pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to slow boil. Simmer for 45 minutes. Double wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place in a 9" x 13" baking dish and bake for 1 & 1/2 hours, in a 350° F oven. Remove ribs from foil. Place ribs in a roaster and bake uncovered for 45 minutes, in a 350° F oven.
