❷ Ⓘnformation ⓐnd Ⓕacts
☈ Everyone should know what Pactios are, why, they're the main function of the Negima series. To put it bluntly when a non-magi makes a contract with someone the latter is given part of the magi’s power, letting them both awaken any hidden magical powers along with summoning an “artifact.” The artifact is a magic item that reflects the user, having a connection to the maker's personality.
☈ When a pactio is successfully created a card is made as proof. A copy can be made, often by the drawer of the circle. Both persons keep their respective versions and can summon it on will, albeit certain instances. Other than summoning artifacts these cards allow the Magi and partner to talk telepathically, also the Magister can summon the Minister/tra.
☈ Due to the bond of the contract both parties must exchange bodily fluids, whether saliva through a kiss or blood. If the Magister in a pactio dies, then the pactio can be considered as cancelled or invalid. The Ministra would no longer have mystically-boosted abilities nor an artifact, because logically the source of his/her powers is gone. This is also the case if one or both parties fall under amnesia and cannot remember the said contract, however the disability is only temporarily as to when they remember it, if they do at all.
✘ The process for both Pactios is as follows ✘:
☈ A mediator for the contract draws up a magic circle. Only Chamo [Or other beings able to do so] and very experienced Magi’s (at least teacher status or higher) can make them.
☈ Both participants of the contract must be within the circle. Normally, the circle is only meant for two people at a time, but Chamo once drew a circle large enough to surround an inn during the Kyoto field trip.
☈ A ritual or vow is made to seal the contract, normally a kiss on the lips between the two involved, or blood exchanging, for those who are uncomfortable with such things. There must be an exchange of fluids involved.
☈ A Pactio Card is magically drawn up to signify the completion of the process. This is done by the spirits who govern the Pactio processes. How and why they are drawn is a mystery.
☈ A person is able to be ministra magi for several different mages, but only some may have different artifacts based on the user's creativity.
☈ Usually those who have abilities don’t get artifacts rather they unlock their full potential, such as those who are vampires and such with seal forms are fully released when activating the pactio; Evangeline for example is a full vampire in her form regardless of Nagi’s seal.
☈ The pactio is void if one person is dead or forgets it.
☈ A contract is a form of "partnership" between two (or more) individuals which is used by the Magic/Ki users in the MSN Universe. The contract is done so that the individual is able to help the Magic/Ki users during combat. There are many forms of contract in the MSN Universe, but the known ones for now are,
☈ Doll Contract - used by Doll Masters. ☈ Demon/Spirit Contract (Zenki & Goki) - used mostly by Charm Users to summon Demons or Spirits to help in combat. Pactio - used mostly by Western Mages & in some cases by Ki users.
✘ What is Pactio? ✘
☈ Pactio is a form of contract which is most commonly used by the Western Mages in the MSN Universe. This contract is formed by a 'Magister Magi' (referring to male master ‘magicians’/‘ki users’) or 'Magistra Magi' (referring to female master ‘magicians’/‘ki users’) with a person who takes the role of a 'Minister Magi' or 'Ministra Magi'. 'Minister/Ministra' is originally a Latin word meaning 'Servant'.
☈ This contract is formed mainly so that the 'Minister/Ministra' is able to help the 'Magister/Magistra' in any way it can (though traditionally its purpose is to support/protect the 'Magister/Magistra' during battles so that they can cast there spells effectively without any interference).
☈ This contract is not only helpful to the 'Magister Magi/Magistra Magi', it also helps the 'Minister Magi/Ministra Magi' in battle as some of the magical power of the 'Magister/Magistra' is transferred into the 'Minister/Ministra' which increases & improves there natural capabilities by an average of ten times there normal abilities.
✘ What is the "Proof Of Contract"? ✘
☈ When the 'Pactio' is formed, a card is created as the proof of the contract. This card is mostly called as the "Pactio Card", but sometimes it is also referred as the "Artifact Card" which can be considered to be a more powerful version of the pactio card.
✘ What is a “Pactio Card” & a “Artifact Card”? ✘
☈ The Pactio Card's are not merely the proof of contract. It has many different functions which helps the 'Minister/Ministra'. These cards allow telepathic communication between the users of the cards. It also allow the 'Magister/Magistra' to summon the 'Minister/Ministra' at anytime (though the function of this ability seems to be limited for a maximum distance of 10 km according to Chachamaru). These Pactio cards are made in two copies, one being the master copy which belongs to the 'Magister/Magistra' & the other is kept by the 'Minister/Ministra' which enables him to borrow the magical energy from the 'Magister/Magistra' & for the telepathic communication.
☈ Sometimes though when a contract is formed, there is a chance that the 'Minister/Ministra' maybe granted a "artifact" based on there own abilities, which helps in the field of expertise of the 'Minister/Ministra'. When such an item is granted, the pactio card is also referred as an 'Artifact Card'. The artifact can be summoned by the 'Magister/Magistra' for the 'Minister/Ministra' to use or else the 'Minister/Ministra' can him/her-self summon it whenever they want by using there copy of the pactio/artifact card.
✘ What is an Artifact? ✘
☈ An artifact is an item which is granted to the 'Minister/Ministra' when a pactio is formed. The artifact which the 'Minister/Ministra' receives is based on there abilities, personalities & is related to there field expertise & can only be used by them (or 'him/her'-self allow other person to use them).
☈ To summon the artifact the 'Minister/Ministra' has to invoke the phrase "Adeat" which means 'come forth' in Latin which causes the 'Minister/Ministra' card copy to transform into there artifact. To return the artifact in its original card form they have to invoke the phrase "Abeat" which means 'vanish' in Latin.
☈ The 'Magister/Magistra' also has the ability to summon the 'Minister/Ministra' artifact to give it to them to use it in battle if a copy card is not present with the 'Minister/Ministra'.
✘ Other Facts ✘
☈ The pactio cards also has some other functions too (but most of them are unknown at the moment), like blocking some incoming magical attacks. It also allows the 'Minister/Ministra' to upload a number of different outfits into the pactio cards including the default ones.
☈ The pactio has the ability to bring out the latent abilities of the 'Minister/Ministra' which they have in them.
☈ If the 'Magister/Magistra' with whom the 'Minister/Ministra' has made the pactio dies, then the contract gets broken automatically & the pactio card dies along with it thus the 'Minister/Ministra' loses all there boosted abilities along with there artifact which they gained when the contract was formed.
☈ A Temporary Pactio can be terminated by the 'Magister/Magistra' whenever he wants, but the requirement for doing that is unknown. It is also unknown whether a Permanent Pactio can be terminated or not.
☈ A pactio can also be formed in the reverse order were the 'Magister/Magistra' of the previous pactio can become the 'Minister/Ministra' for the new pactio & the 'Minister/Ministra' can become the 'Magister/Magistra'. This is done depending on how the Magical Circle is written.
☈ A 'Minister/Ministra' can also form Pactio’s with more than one 'Magister/Magistra'. In that case if the person receives a artifact, it is usually the same as the one he had previously but sometimes there is a chance that the artifact received though multiple pactio’s might also be different for that said 'Minister/Ministra'. This is mostly based on the relationship between those people at the moment of the contract formation.
☈ It is mostly speculated that to receive a artifact card during the contract formation, it is necessary that the 'Magister/Magistra' has a high amount of Magical/Ki capacity. If the said 'Magister/Magistra' doesn’t have the required amount then the artifact won’t be granted. The rarity of the artifact item is also based on the power of the 'Magister/Magistra' Magical/Ki capacity (the more capacity the magic/ki user has, the rarer the artifact is granted).
There are three levels of pactio formation known at the present moment which are "Mistake", "Temporary" and "Permanent".
☈ The weakest one of all these is the "Mistake" ones which gives out a "Joke Pactio Card". These pactio don't allow any major abilities nor give a artifact to the 'Minister/Ministra' except for a small boost in there power. The pictures in the joke cards are all comically drawn. These cards are formed when an mistake is done during the pactio formation ceremony such as improper kiss, etc
☈ Both the "Temporary" and "Permanent" pactio's are similar in many ways except for the amount of power gained by the 'Minister/Ministra' & the method of forming them.
☈ Though many "Temporary" pactio cards have appeared in the manga so far, information about the "Permanent" pactio cards are still in mystery.

☈ Only the user who controls the ministrae, or partner, of the pactio has to post/submit the filled out pactio form!
☈ Follow only the skeleton provided in the post below, and then PM it to Yuetchi Farandole upon completion for approval!
☈ If your character's pactio was pre-formed (before roleplay setting) it does not get posted in here unless the other character involved exists in the roleplay as another character.
☈ Only the ministrae gets an artifact you know. The magistrae doesn't get their own artifact too, unless they do the pactio again with the ministrae as the magistrae, and for that they would both have to be mages.
☈ The magistrae of any pactio should be a mage!
☈ In RP pactio should have been made with the supervision of a mediator unless you come up with a viable and reasonable substitute.
☈ Only one pactio per post. Keep it simple. And you post it, so that you may edit it if needed at a future date. If you do have to edit anything major in the future, you PM me first to let me know.
☈ Don't post pactio in here if they're just never going to be used or never matter.

Username:Jusuchin Panjirinanu Magistrae Magi:Lorenzo Schrodinger Ruiz Ministrae Magi:Katerine Aloisia von Leogunwald Reasons:First off, they're lovers. Secondly, they're also former agents of the Arlington Magic Society, a relatively 'new' magic society that reports to the Joint Chiefs, A congressional committee, and is the magical version of the NSA. That was when the pactio was formed. Artifact Name:Die Löwin Ritter vom Phoenix (The Lioness Knight of the Phoenix) Artifact Description(s):Ability Unlocked: Appearance seals unlock and allow Katerine to take her more natural, demon form. Which is odd because it's mainly her gaining cat ears and a tail. Artifact Description: The artifact she gains is a rather large German zweihander. It is approximately 5 feet and 10 inches long, its blade made of magical material that can cut through many materials. It contains two parrying hooks near the base of the blade, as well as a missing blade section under those hooks, allowing Katerine to use it as an impromptu polearm. Its cross guard is inward sloping, and at the base of the blade would be on one side, a golden lion roaring in a red shield, while on the other, a phoenix with wings outstretched in a blue field. The blade is a little wider than the non-bladed portion, and both the grip and non-bladed section is covered in sharkskin dyed dark red. The sword can, if it happens, slice bullets in half or deflect them, as well as disrupt weak magic circles, namely stuff like simple restraining spells or barriers. That is merely one artifact. A second goes with her outfit, it is a pistol not unlike the M6C/S Suppressed Magnum from Halo: ODST. It fires lightning affinity saggitta magica spells, but only found in her 'standard' costume. It has six shots before it needs to 'reload', where Katerine merely press the magazine catch, the magazine falls but stops before coming out, and must be slammed back home and the slide catch engaged. Registered Outfit:Her standard outfit is similar to this, but lacking a helmet, and in lieu of the UNSC markings, contains her seal, a roaring golden lion in a red field. Her second artifact is held in place in a thigh holster, while her sword can be stowed away on her back via clamps. The outfit is made of barrier infused materials that protects the wearer from magical attack out to a meter from the wearer, while protecting against physical attacks up to and including being shot by .50 Browning Machine Gun/12.7mm. It was designed to afford the best protection while still being easy to move in. Her more 'ceremonial' outfit (similar to this) consists of calf-length leather boots with armor plates bolted on them, with a tight fitting mustard yellow pants tucked into it. She would wear a white longsleeved shirt tucked into that with a gray-ish vest to keep it in place. Her collars would actually rise up and rest on the outside of her mustard-yellow outer jacket/trenchcoat, which is kept tight around her waist by a belt. Her back would contain a rig to hold her sword. She'd end her outfit with durable yet flexible leather gloves. There is nothing special about this one except for the fact it looks nice. Date of Event:The Pactio was formed a year prior to Lorenzo working at Mahora. It was done by a familiar working at AMS, and was mainly done so that Lorenzo, even though is an accomplished gunslinger and proficient in Arma Salto, can call upon the service of a rather tomboyish catgirl who can swing giant swords like they were of no importance.

Gaian Username: Nekochild08 Magistrae Magi: Kotarou Kiyomi (Nekochild0 cool Ministrae Magi: Kei Ritsu (Yuetchi Farandole) Reasons: The two formed a pactio to further the bond of each other, as well as to gain the strength needed to defeat their enemies. Artifact Name: Terra Exterminatore (Earth Destroyer) Artifact Description(s): Kotarou's artifact comes in the form of two metal gauntlets that have sharp spikes at the knuckle for damaging punches as well as sheer destructive power. The gauntlet enhances the wearers magic substantially and, just as the name implies, allows the user to use the earth around them to cast spells without the need for an activation key. Earth in this case includes nature, as well as metals as they are formed in the natural Earth as well. Registered Outfit: Kotarou's outfit comes in the form of a blue police uniform that is flexible enough to allow for fast movement. Kei is allowed allotted an outfit that appears if she activates her copy of Kotarou's pactio card herself. It is this outfit, only the outfit, not the scythe or person, and has a white long sleeve blouse underneath the black caped coat. Date of Event: Night time at Jericho's home. (Alternate Mahora)

Gaian Username: Kaoreryuakira! Magistrae Magi: Marie Rinette Linzel Ministrae Magi: Brent Nakitaka Reasons: She made it with him so that he would always remember her friendship. Artifact Name: His title is Daemonum Heros which means Demonic Hero and his artifact is called Llafn y Cysgodion Tragwyddol which means Blade of Eternal Shadows. Artifact Description(s): The artifact takes the form of a five foot long katana covered in silver runes. It allows him to control the shadows and use them to hide, attack via tendrils of shadow used to cut, smash, impale, or crush, or defend himself from most attacks though he cannot defend from light based attacks. Registered Outfit: His usual outfit resembles Ezio Auditore's from Assasin's Creed but black instead of white and is wearing a black and red mask on his face. Date of Event: It happened two weeks before his arrival at Mahora.[x]His number is Seven, his color is Crimson, his virtue is Love, his direction is Center and his Astrological sign is black hole. (The pactio information in the fifth volume said that black hole was one of the astrological signs that could be displayed... though I could find nothing about it online. Since a black hole can absorb anything I assume it means he has an attractive personality that draws others to him but I only chose it caus eit was cool sounding. xd )

(Still working on it. just a moment.)
Gaian Username: megagamer_64 Magistrae Magi: Janice Tawlney (not used in RP) Ministrae Magi: Seki Kyu Reasons: An old flame, this temporary pactio was formed as proof of their relationship. Artifact Name: baculus divinatorius (Dowsing/Divining Rods) Artifact Description(s): The Artifact has three forms which can be used. "virgas", or "rods", which are a set of two L shaped rods with gems at the tips. the handles of the rod are carved with sigils "none" "nearby" and "extremely close", as well as "active" and directional sigils.
"monile", or pendant (necklace), which is a long necklace with silver chain and a rather large gemstone pendant at the end. this elongated, hexagonal gemstone is actually a combination of many gems, which converge in the center, giving it the appearance of a single gemstone.
finally, the third form is "aura diem" or Aurameter, which consists of a long rod curled into a spring, and then straightened out. on the edge of this is a second, miniature rod which is highly bendable, and has, once again, a multicolored gemstone at the tip.
all three of these serve to find absolutely everything and anything. the user simply has to say the true name of an object in latin, and each form of the artifact will respond in like. the "rod" will turn towards the object, and the sigils on it will light up according to the location and activity of the object. the "pendant" will pull the user towards the object, pulling in the general direction of the object. the pulls will increase in strength as the user gets closer to the object in question. the "aurameter" works in similar fashion, bending towards the object.
the "dowsing rod" artifact is primarily used to find other Artifacts, mainly able to pick up magical energy. when used properly, it can find anything that gives off evergy, and can be specific to the user's intent. it's origins are unknown, but traced back to many areas, the most notable being ancient egypt.
Seki's personality is very inquisitive, and he loves to look at old objects. Naturally, the artifact picked him to lend it's power.
Registered Outfit:
none currently
Date of Event: (When did this pactio happen?) Aproximately 3 years ago
(If it was during the roleplay, what topic did it happen in and around where?) Predates the RP
Story Summation: Seki and Janice were childhood friends. falling in love, they made a temporary Pactio. though the two realized they weren't meant for a relationship, they kept the pactio for convinience, as they remained friends after they broke up.

Gaian Username: The Paradox
Magistrae Magi: Ciarla/Ciara Mikain (Controlled by Dischord)
Ministrae Magi:Ásgeirr Hjördíson
Reasons: During their many battles with one another in the eighth century, Ciarla and Ásgeirr came to respect one another as warriors. Though they never truly became lovers, they came close on several occasions. When they parted ways due to circumstance, no longer able to be enemies, rivals, or opposing forces, they formed a Pactio as a memory of great respect for one another.
Artifact Name: Absolute Form Shifting Lance, Tíu Regin (Ten Ruling Powers/Ten Gods)
Artifact Description(s): This weapon has the form of a spear, approximately six feet in length. It can however, be shrunk to the size of a shortspear on command. When the name of a specific form is intoned by the wielder, it changes to that form. Each form of the spear has unique and different powers, and as the mage grows in power, he may also combine the powers of several forms at once. Below are the listed forms and their abilities. Note that while the forms have specific numbers, they are not necessarily discovered as they are numbered, for the spear responds to the wielder's need.
Klampi: The default form. This spear-end has four sharp blades that come in such a way as for them to be much like a giant clamp, hence the name. It is similar to a large four-pronged claw. This form has no outward abilities other than to be able to catch and destroy weapons by virtue of the shape alone. In addition, the edges are sharp, like unto swords on the outside, so it can be used as a wide sweep-cutting weapon, or as a piercing weapon to leave a large gaping wound. The blades can extend slightly to actually be used as a gripping weapon, though oddly enough the insides are not bladed at all, and can be used as a restraint on flesh that does little more than bruise. The spear's power in this form is entirely mechanical in nature; however, the wielder can condense his own personal magical energy and send it through the central area of the spear in the form of a blast.
Skjótfǽri (Speed): The second form. This spear takes on a streamlined shape with a wavy pattern, looking akin to a flamberge, with runes along the blade that spell out 'Speed'. The blade is silver in color, lined with pale gold. When wielded, the user becomes extraordinarily fast; the naked eye even of skilled individuals might have trouble keeping up with them, and as their own power grows, so does the speed. At its highest class, the user would have speed to rival even that of the lightning itself. No additional strength is conveyed however; while the increased velocity has no adverse effect on the wielder, it also oddly doesn't lend much to the attacks by the wielder of the spear either. The wielder of the spear can only utilize some of the motion for attack damage increase, meaning that the majority of this effect is utility. Both reaction speed and movement speed are increased, and the extreme movement speed does not hinder the user at all in any way, nor convey ill effects.
Eldrbresta (Fire Burst): The third form. This spear has a jagged shaped blade with a symbol of fire bursting outward. It is red in color, with varying hues. In truth, while named fire burst, this form creates explosive combustion by introducing and releasing outward a specific magical component of the spear forcefully to the air upon impact, making it very much like an FAE combined with a standard strike material as a simultaneous ignition. The damage comes less from the fire, and more from the concussive effect of the weapon, which creates a massive explosion on contact with any solid or liquid. The radius and destructive potential of the explosion increases as the level of the wielder goes up. The damage is composed of fire and force, with the brunt being the massive trauma and burning from the extreme heat flash and force explosion itself, and the fire born as a result of the explosion as secondary. Activating the spear requires direct contact with the blade of the spear, meaning that specifically, that contact has to be made in order for it to work.
Muspelheimr ok Niflheimr (Muspelheim and Niflheim): The fourth form. When used, the spear splits into two shortspears. One of these has a red blade, the other, a blue blade. The two spears in turn, are wielded simultaneously, meaning the wielder must be ambidextrous for the weapons to have their full range of usefulness. Muspelheimr is a fire blade, and deals fire damage to whatever it cuts. In addition, it can launch blasts, arcs, or streams of fire from its blade that deal damage similar to other projectile type spells. Niflheimr is the same, save it is a spear of ice, and launches icicles, waves of freezing cold, or arced blades of ice from its end that deal damage similar to other projectile ice spells. The fire and ice are used to engulf and cut, and overwhelm enemies. Unlike Eldrbresta, the fire is created as itself, without a heavy combustion effect, meaning there is no explosive force; just standard contact combustion, standard 'burst' type eruptions, and burning. The weapons are also capable of performing other effects using their elements if the wielder is skilled enough in its use.
Runoti (Rune Cut): The fifth form. Unlike the other spears, Runoti does not cut normally. Its blade is dull on either end, and the tip is blunted. Rather, it cuts energy, and elemental powers. The 'rune cutter', Runoti is the magic sealing blade. It works very much akin to the Magic Cancel of the royal family, save that it is not a field. Rather, the magic, or element, must be physically 'cut' by the weapon, which splits it apart away from the wielder alone. Unlike Magic Cancel, however, Runoti is not limited simply to magic. It can cut fire, water, air, even light and shadow; any attack or effect that uses elemental power is useless against Runoti. It cannot however, harm living flesh. If it were to strike a human or other creature not composed of magic, it does little more than sting or bruise, regardless of the force behind it. It does however, deal extensive damage to creatures formed of magic, such as shikigami, constructs, and similar creatures. It can also block normal physical attacks, as it is a physical object itself, so it can be used for parrying. Runoti is also capable of shattering and cutting through barriers. Runoti is a jet black spear, referred to as Black Amber by its owner. Strength comes into play, as naturally, Runoti's wielder wouldn't be able to fully destroy an elemental attack that is many times above his strength. Runoti can sever effects one rank higher than the wielder, at most. If used against a magical weapon or item, Runoti can seal the item's magic if Runoti's current class is higher than the item's class, but there are limits. If used against a Pactio artifact, a contest of power occurs between Runoti and the artifact, as well as the wielder of Runoti and the card's wielder. If Runoti and its wielder win the contest, the artifact is forcibly returned to its card form. It cannot be called forth again for a span of one minute. Runoti cannot however, permanently dispel a magic item or Pactio card. Only stymie them temporarily. Runoti's main weakness is that the spear-blade is what does the cutting. If an attack comes from a place that the wielder cannot reach with the blade or does not see in time, it does him no good. Spells that move faster than the wielder can defend against also may bypass the spear's power. Naturally, avoiding the spear's blade with one's weapon or item also prevents its effect.
Vindþrysta (Wind Force): The sixth form. This form is the one that least resembles a spear, for its end is not pointed. It is a cylindrical, drill-shaped blade engraved with black runic lettering on three independently rotating segments that spin in different directions, the middle segment spinning clockwise and the top and bottom segments spinning counterclockwise. It is similar to a spear crossed with a bedrock drill designed with multiple gears to dig a gigantic hole by eating at the bedrock little by little. When activated, the spear-end spins at its bare minimum at all times, and unleashes a cylindrical tunnel-shaped burst of wind that strikes a target with excessive force when used, sending them backward and damaging the body. The power of this attack is equivalent to a speeding car in its barest, most quickly used form. In addition, if the user of this form arches his arm upward and commands the weapon to 'spin', it begins to grind into effect. While the user stands still and does nothing else, the weapon gathers power, movement, and energy. In a sense, it is its own perpetual motion generator, providing its own power. The longer it gathers, the more potent the attack will be when released. If a lot of power is gathered, the destructive level of the attack can, and will, reach levels untold. Unlike most other forms of the spear, the user's personal strength mainly affects the basic attack's power and speed. The charged attack does increase with the wielder's mana power, but only the basic charge time per destructive output is affect thus; if the weapon is charged long enough, even at moderate levels, a massive attack can be unleashed. However, the amount of time it takes to use the maximum attack level makes it only suited for when one has a distinct time advantage. Its classification thus can be rated as Anti-Army when fully charged, but it defaults to Anti-Unit when not. The actual effect is not simply movement or acceleration based; rather, It begins to swallow, compress, and accelerate wind pressure into an artificial space-time dislocation capable of pulverizing any opposition.
Tyrfing Tveir (Tyrfing II): The seventh form. This form is jagged and black, irregular in shape, and looks as if it was simply mis-forged. It seems to be more meant to tear than pierce, with backpointed hooks that would pull horrible wounds from skin after penetration occurs. When active as a form, Tyrfing Tveir acts much as the legendary sword Tyrfing does; it causes an extreme bloodlust and vicious power inside of the user, erasing all emotions except anger and violent urges. When the power of this form is activated, black runes climb up the wielder's body, becoming jagged tattoos all over their skin. While under its influence, physical strength, movement and attacking speed, magic resistance, physical resistance, and endurance jump up an incredible three ranks; however, all other functions are forgotten. The Wielder retains enough of his mind to turn the mode off, however he might attack allies or enemies in this form; it takes great restraint to not attack an ally, but an enemy will always be attacked first; the rage is not random, but rather, focused. While holding it back to preserve one's friends is hard at times, it can be done with enough focus. Using Tyrfing Tveir is a great strain on the mage's body; if it is used for more than a few minutes, at most half an hour, the wielder begins to take internal damage. While this damage usually isn't fatal unless the spear's form is held and activated for a very long length of time, it causes excessive fatigue and problems with mana circuits, keeping the wielder from gathering magical energy properly if they let the damage go for too long. While recovery happens eventually, it can be a problem.
Hieros Sól (Holy Sun): The eighth form. This form is composed of gold, with a spearhead made of a singular golden crystal that is partially transparent, and shines with its own inner light. Hieros Sól is a weapon that is used against the enemies of light and life. When held, all of the wielder's light magic damage is raised by one rank, if it is channeled as a physical attack through the spear. Hieros Sól also sheds light in a sixty meter radius, and while this light is bright enough to be like that of a small sun, it does not harm the eyes of those who align themselves with the forces of good or heroism, as well as providing a type of healing. Those of good who are within the radius gain a D-rank regeneration effect that heals them over time. Those who stand 'on the fence', and serve neither good nor evil solidly will have their eyes bothered as if staring into a flashbulb. Those who serve evil however, are not only blinded at all times by the light of the weapon, but also take damage while in the radius. The damage is minor (D-rank level damage over time), but is constant and eventually adds up. The weapon penetrates the body armor of demons and undead, and deals great damage to them. While wielded, any Darkness-element magic or effect that comes within the radius is dispelled if the spell rank is equal to or less than The wielder's rank; if it is greater, its power is lowered one rank but not dispelled. Once in a given twenty four hour period, the spear can be fed with the user's mana, and can be used to launch a brilliant blast of light in a beam attack at a single target. This is considered an attack one rank higher than the wielder's normal magic level, and if used on a demon or an undead creature, it is considered two ranks higher.
Geðauga (Mind's Eye): The ninth form. This form is plain looking, seeming to be a wood-hafted spear with a simple metal spearhead. However, etched into the metal is an eye symbolic of Odin's single eye that sees all things. A long black wrapping, like a long scarf, is rapped about the spear where the haft meets the spearhead. While the wielder holds this form of the weapon, his senses become extremely acute; his hearing, sight, taste, touch, and smell, as well as his reaction time are all raised two ranks. In addition, he gains a form of precognitive sense that allows him to know when attacks are being sent at a blind spot or from a direction he would not see. In a sense, he gains a 360-degree field of vision without any type of eyes. The wielder also gains the ability to sense magic and magical elements as they are cast against him, giving him time to react accordingly. In a sense, it takes the skills of the wielder, and increases them manifold, making them the 'perfect warrior', granting him the skills of great warriors, and the All-Father that came before him, making him a true weapon of war. He gains flashes of insight into the weaknesses of his enemies, and finds himself striking his targets exceptionally in their weak points. It does not grant him actual knowledge of things he does not know, but instead, his gut instincts and battlefield coordination and combat analyzations are increased to an incredible level. In effect, it creates 'absolute victory' by removing the 'element of chance' in the user's body that separates him from his opponent's level of skill. In this state, if there is even a .01% chance of victory, he will find a way to secure it.
Ørlög (Primeval Law): The final relic, Ørlög is less a weapon and more a 'key'. When first unlocked, it passively allows the wielder of Tíu Regin to combine forms to make combination attacks that it normally would not have been able to do. This proves vital in fighting enemies who can use many effects or spells. The speed at which one can switch back and forth also increases dramatically, making the spear far more usable in battle. It increases the speed and power of effects by one rank. In addition, Ørlög allos Ásgeirr to activate an innate bounded field, a type of reality marble, when invoked properly. Under normal circumstances, Ásgeirr would not be able to use it because his magic level isn't advanced enough to perform such a feat. however, Ørlög acts as a 'byway' to allow it to happen. Feasibly, one day it could happen without the spear, but even so, the spear itself makes the energy costs less than normal. Upon completion of the effect, the verdant fields of Valhalla, the infinite battlefield, are created overtop of whatever landscape is currently there at the time. The fields take the form of several floating islands in the sky, with various landscapes. All across each landscape, various swords both mundane and magical, but all of high quality and great renown rest across the battlefield, all stuck in the ground. Shields are there as well, laid about and scattered, but no armors are to be seen. The great hall of the Aesir is seen on the furthest island. Around the island's skies, Valkyries fly in circles, watching the holy battlefield for great deeds to record. Those within the area are transported into the world. While the radius of the effect is fairly small (60 meters in a circle), the actual dimension itself is infinite once created. This is an effect that can only be explained using an unnatural law, and in a sense, the world of imagination does not belong in true reality. It works as such:
The created world is completely cut off from normal reality, projecting Ásgeirr's internal landscape and sealing off the regular World. The actualization of this dimension is the result of switching the Self and the World while keeping the boundary the same. The size of the Self and the World is switched, enclosing the World in a small container while the Self is expanded. Thus, the effect will encase anyone within range, causing them to disappear from view. Mages are still able to feel the presence of the Bounded Field, and while they cannot be directly affected from the outside, a large burst of magic or power on an S+ class level may be able to disrupt them. The World constantly attempts to crush the unnatural bounded fields, as they are not created by spiritual beings (such as true demons or immortals), meaning that it costs a great deal of magical energy to construct one and keep it stabilized. This generally only allows them to be used for a few minutes, but given their powerful nature, that is likely enough time to properly utilize them. Each world has its own set of patterns and rules, which can be said to be an invasion of reality by the diagram inscribed on the soul.
The world thus stated is not so much Ørlög's creation, but rather the world inscribed in Ásgeirr's soul, and his imagination. However, Ørlög is the key that allows him to access that power, where normally he would not be able to. The name of the actual field itself is Infinite Heroic Battlefield Valhalla. There are four tenets within the innate bounded field created by Ørlög and Ásgeirr. The tenets, or rules, are as follows.
First: the legendary and renowned weapon replicas in the bounded field cannot be acquired or moved by means other than one's own hands. In other words, using levitation, magnetism, or any other magic or method will not budge the weapons at all. One must lift them with one's own hands and fight with them. If one knows the power of the weapons passed down through the legend, one can also activate those powers. Weapons from multiple realities can be found here, as long as the user of the Infinite Field has a memory or knowledge of the weapons. Replicas will always lose against the historical original. As a side note, replicas of all weapons within Ásgeirr's Vault also appear on the field. This is the 'Pride of the Honorable Warrior' which forces combat on fair terms. This rule is overturned only in the event that the enemy is much stronger than Ásgeirr. In this case, he may cause any number of the weapons in Valhalla to launch at his enemy with their full effects in play. They will return to their place immediately after, allowing multiple uses of this. However, doing so is a taxation of the mage's magical power, and puts a great strain on Ásgeirr.
Second: Ásgeirr knows each and every being that appears in the innate bounded field immediately. In other words, regardless of where they hide, how they shield themselves, or otherwise deceive, he knows where they are and their real person. This is a combination of the 'Awareness of the Eye of Mimir', which grants prophecy, and 'the gaze of Hugin and Munin', which see all things from the sky at Odin's behest. Illusions, Hiding techniques, deceptions, and other such abilities and magics that are not of the S rank level are immediately dispelled while in the fields to Ásgeirr's eyes alone. Even if he cannot see the enemy, he can perceive them to a point, and most likely will not be surprised. He may also travel to any point on the island at will where an individual also exists. This is called the 'Ride of the Valkyries'.
Third: No one who dies in Valhalla will truly die. Those who do die will simply fade out of the bounded field until it dissipates, held in a sort of stasis. At such time when the field ends, they will be placed where they fell in the real world, critically injured in the manner of how they died. Therefore, they can be saved. However, if Ásgeirr, who takes the role of Odin in the field decrees it, an individual or all individuals within the field may permanently die normally. Ásgeirr is not bound by this rule. In other words, he may die normally regardless if killed within the confines of the field. There is a final ability to this, though he is not bound to speak of it until he uses it, even by the fourth tenet. He may, at the cost of a portion of his own lifespan, revive all of the ancient heroes to fight for him within the field, as well as the three Valkyries, who represent the goddesses of fate. This is referred to as 'Twilight of the Gods'. It may only be used three times before a normal human lifespan is ended, though extensions are accounted for if gained after its use.
The fourth tenet states that in the interest of honorable and fair combat, Ásgeirr is required to inform all within the field of the field's overall abilities, and the tenets listed above. This is so the pride of war may be maintained. While he is not required to give up all the vital information, because even in war some deceptions are necessary, he must answer all questions about the ability truthfully. This is called the 'Law of Heroic Deeds', or 'Decree of the Valkyrie'. Additionally, by the law of the valkyrie, Asgeirr may perform one of the following 'Shingi', or 'Divine Moves' while within the field once per invocation: Extension Force or Spiritual Lancer as if he possessed the correct artifacts to do so.
The innate bounded field created by Ørlög is difficult to maintain. It can be done, at most, once every 24 hours, and lasts currently for a total of five minutes.
Date of Event: In the distant past, in the early 8th century, on the twenty-third of december. Approximately just after seven A.M, around the time of sunrise.

Magistrae Magi: Princess Theodora
Ministrae Magi: Darien Ad Mortem
Reasons: During his many battles, and pure loyalty to the Hellas Empire with his half brother he became very close to to the third Hellas Empire Princess Theodora. He wanted to stay by her side, but desired to become even more of man by seeing the other side of the world though his own eyes to feel, and become even more worthy of her. Due to her title, and his not being of royalty their relation was kept a secret. Before he left to the old world in secret they made a pactio which was both a vow of their love, and a memento to keep their hopes of reuniting once again very high.
Artifact Name: Βασιλική πολεμική κραυγή των θείων βασιλιάδων πολεμιστών "Royal War Cry of the Divine Warrior Kings"
Artifact Description(s): This weapon takes the form of a Double Helix Long Sword. The sword stands four, and a half feet long by three feet wide with every portion of the blade inside, and out extremely sharp. The entire blade itself is made from a Crystal clear Diamond wrapped held by a eighteen inch pure silver hilt decorated in fine leather, and pure silver trim. The blade itself alters in color based on the type of energy that is being channeled though showing a rather elegant display of color.
Default: The blade itself has no alteration, and is exactly the same as previous description. In it's default form it can distort, and drain all forms of energy it comes into contact with. When making direct contact with the enemy it immediately begins to drain them of their stored energy (Magic, Chi, Etc.). The collected energy is stored within the blade until the wielder has a purpose for it. The blade can shatter, and become divided into replications with the number based on the amount of energy within it.
Form 1 "Earth" : The sword itself becomes a dark emerald green as diamond spikes began covering all sections of the razor sharp blade. When swung by the wielder it launches a barrage of diamond spears that puncture either opponent or surface it strikes. Once they are embedded they began to drain the surrounding area, and opponents struck by it of their energy back to the blade. With the collected energy it can launch even larger diamond spears repeating the process. The diamonds can also be used to form a solid barrier to protect the wielder while still gathering energy within the inside.
Form 2 "Wind" : The blade becomes a light sky blue as a concentrated wind blows within the centers of the double helix blade holding a bright blue diamond dust. When swung it it releases a massive gust of wind along with the diamond dust along with it. When the wind makes contact with the opponent it passes them with razor sharp speed slicing what lays in its path due to the diamonds. When the diamonds enter a opponents body it begins to drain them within releasing it from them directly into the diamond wind. The collected energy can be used to create even larger, and more powerful wind strikes.
Form 3 "Water" : The blade becomes a dark aqua blue as water appears to be flowing within the blade. When swung by the wielder it creates a barrier around them, and other allies nearby. within the water barrier glowing shards of diamond pass through the wilder, and allies repairing their bodies of all aliments. Not only do the water based diamonds tend to wounds it also purifies their body of all toxins, and poisons. Unlike the other forms this blade form has to rely on the wielders own energy to heal allies, and protect them within the safety of the barrier.
Form 4 "Fire" : The blade becomes bright fiery red as a dark concentrated flame begins to burn within the centers of the double helix blade. When this blade makes contact with barriers the flame within the center begins to pour from the blade, and covers the barrier with its flame. The flame begins to dissolve, and feed on the barrier's power drawing it back to the blade. With its collected energy the blade can completely shattered the barrier, and also be used to fire concentrated blade of fire against the opponent to even a wide spread sea of flames.
Form 5 "Lighting" : The blade becomes a bright yellow as a concentrated lighting is channeled within the centers of the double helix blade with thin spikes coming from the blade. When used by the wielder it unleashes a storm of lighting bolts that strike anything within its path. The spikes along the blade can be fired when swung releasing a stored concentrated lighting with the blade. When striking opponents it discharges the lighting immediately though their body to cause paralyses. This form has to rely on the wielders own power in order to create larger lighting strikes.
Form 6 "Light" : The blade begins to glow with a holy light as the hilt itself becomes solid gold adorn with crystal clear diamonds. This form is able to emit alight able to repel, and destroy creatures of darkness from a safe distance. When used in close range the concentrated light within the blade is even more effective against the dark elements able to be channeled, and fired. Aside from its powerful damage the blade is also able to dispel illusions that infect a persons mind as well as release them from any form of possession. The light itself can also be used to crate a barrier to protect the wielder, and allies. This holy sword is said to be one of the two final forms of artifacts true power.
Form 7 "Shadow" : The blade becomes solid black with the hilt becoming a dark blood red adorn with blood red diamonds. This form unleashes a unholy shadow that covers both opponent, and environment completely consuming it all. Within the enclosed space is a gateway between the world of the living, and the world of the dead. Anything within the enclosed space is able to become assaulted by a various class of demons varying in strength, and number each time. In time the entire space itself begins to feed off the opponents energy until either wielder destroys the created space or if the opponent falls victim, and dies. This unholy sword is said to be one of the two final forms of the artifacts true power.
Date of Event: The night of December 25th during Darien's last birthday in the Hellas Empire.

Magistrae Magi: Arturiana Pendragast (NPC/Dischord)
Ministrae Magi: Gwendolyn Bellamour
Reasons: The provisional contract was formed as part of the training undergone by Gwendolyn, and by Arturiana in the hopes that the additional strength would help the girl overcome her weaknesses.
Artifact Name: Gladius de Reginae, Excalibur (Sword of the Queen, Excalibur)
Artifact Description(s): A representation of the Excalibur of legend, The Sword of Promised Victory, Gladius de Reginae is a sword that represents ‘glory’. The artifact itself is a sword, ninety centimeters in length, and twelve centimeters wide. The blade is golden and blue, with a blade that is so pure it looks almost crystalline.
The weapon is directive, meaning that it converts the mana of the user into light, intensifying the kinetic energy by convergence and acceleration. The result is a waveform attack that looks like a band of light which is actually an intensified wave that is capable of mowing through the Earth, doing high amounts of damage, and shattering barriers. This is because the light is the result of the “dislocation” of matter that the attack destroys within its path.
The speed and power of the attack are exceptionally high, but use of the attack is draining. The attack itself is ranked as high caliber because the concentric area of impact of the attack is broad enough to incinerate an entire military cohort, turn the ground into scorched earth, or cut into the clouds, as the range of the attack is exceptionally high.
The blade has other uses, however, including as a combat weapon, in which case it is exceptionally sturdy, and quite light, and is able to be used in close combat despite its length, though enclosed spaces provide a difficulty. The blade is also capable of shattering barriers even without the use of its large scale attack.
The attack that makes this weapon so powerful is also a hindrance, as it requires both hands firmly planted on the weapon to use, and takes at least a minor amount of time to charge. The other great limitation of this weapon is the range of destructive capability makes its use less enticing as the destructive capability cannot be tempered, and usually does result in large destruction, or the death of innocents.

Magistrae Magi: Ciara/Ciarla Mikain (Dischord)
Ministrae Magi: Nodoka Miyazaki
Reasons: Upon having magic revealed to her and Haruna they were given a lesson and given the chance to form pactios to defend themselves with the impending danger that approached the campus. Also seeing her friend, Yue, being aware of magic and having a pactio, Nodoka agreed to one as well to defend herself and help Yue with her ‘stalker’ Tsukuyomi.
Artifact Name: Diarium Ejus
Artifact Description(s): A picture book diary that allows Nodoka to read someone’s mind. The requirements for this however is that Nodoka must know the person’s name and be within a certain distance of them for it to work. If no person is specified it will read Nodoka’s thoughts. The book is also able to be split into smaller diaries to allow the reading of multiple minds at once, however the details written in them is more simplified. This artifact is potentially very powerful and easily able to be misused however due to Nodoka’s innocent behavior it prevents her from abusing it.
Registered Outfit: The outfit is the same as her school uniform merely adding a purple coat on top.
Date of Event: Inside Mikain Manor during a meeting of sorts later Monday night (inside the RP). There’s no physical record of the pactio forming however sometime between the night and morning of the RP a pactio was formed.
