Bio: Haneul's full story is long and complicated. One of his childhood friends disappeared during their freshman year at college. The police soon stopped looking, but Haneul didn't give up. Eventually, he starting making the guys who had kidnapped and sold his friend a little nervous... so they kidnapped and sold him as well. His first master wanted nothing but sexual pleasure. When Haneul refused, he instantly fell out of favor and was wrongly punished no matter what he did. Finally, Haneul attempted to escape but was recaptured. As punishment, his head was shoved onto burning coals, scalding the right half of his face and permanently scarring his scalp and blinding one eye. He was then sold back to the marketplace.
Personality: Haneul is stubborn and meticulous, and doesn't like it when things don't make sense or don't add up to par. He used to be very proud of his good looks as well, but now he's ceased caring for obvious reasons. He has always been a good manager of his time and affairs, and loves attention.

Bio: Isesul's story is a sad one. He grew up in the suburbs outside Seoul, a pleasant, undemanding and cheerful child who was always putting himself on the line to make sure that others could be happy. He was the class clown, the awkward comedian in his teenage years. He enrolled in Andong University when he was 18, planning to major in Western Studies with a minor in Education (the plan being to teach English overseas or get on the ambassadorial band wagon).
However, he was targeted by a gang paid to snatch young people for a certain slave dealer; this was probably prompted by some well-meaning trespass into the gang's territory, for they beat him soundly before leaving him in a ditch to either die or be taken. He was taken by the slave dealer, known as the Trainer - The Trainer would "educate" his captives with beatings and psychological conditioning until they were easily marketable.
Iseul was finally sold to a marketplace by the Trainer for a likely sum, and was left there to be purchased by his future master or mistress.
Personality: Iseul is clumsy, kind and gentle by nature, but when he's backed into a corner he will strike out, especially if those he cares about are in danger. He can adapt to new environments if given a few moments to adjust, and will learn quickly how to best survive. He longs to go home and return to his studies and his family.
