The name "Shibuya" is also used as the central business of the ward, also it surrounds the Shibuya Station, Tokyo's busiest railways stations. Popularized by it's sense of fashion stores, like the Shibuya 109 buidling, Omotensado Hills. Usually Shibuya is the prime location for young people to gather and mingle, for days and nights. Off in the green area of this high industrial fun land is the Meiji shrine, which honors the fallen Emperor Meichi and Empress Shoken.
