~Embryon Central Headquarters~
Since the development of the group began after the discovery of the first Atma-Users, a special wing of the Japanese military's JSSDF was placed in a large fort located in the shadow of the Capital towards the outskirts of Tokyo City to house their 'Supernatural Units' aka the Embryon Special Task Force. This massive location, otherwise known as 'Central', houses all the records and testing facilities for the Embryon and their special 'Devil Kings' unites, and of course, the administration that keeps them in-line, distributes orders throughout the country, and ensures the loyalties of the different branches of the group to the acting leader of the country...formerly the emperor but now, the Shogun Motonari Mori. Here is where old men such as Gabi (the first Atma-User) and Shingen Takeda (the now-retired first Devil King) reign and make the major decision for each organization, keeping the peace between a government that fears the supernatural as a threat, and the supernatural warriors who ensure that it never comes to that.
At Central, there are training grounds where newer Embryons develop their powers and older ones can let loose to practice and train amongst themselves without fear of being seen by the outside world or getting out of control before help can arrive. Though it is under the direction of the Mori Shogunate, under the charter of the Warriors of Purgatory, no one is allowed to set foot inside of the base without the written consent of the Embryons in charge of the base. Not even the shogun has authority to police the happenings inside the base, though if treachery were ever to be suspected, the order may come down (and be followed) to obliterate the location entirely.
