Located in the northwestern portion of Tokyo Sumida is one of the city's 23 special wards. Running through the ward is the area's namesake, the sumida river, on who's banks many major Japanese companies have their headquarters. Along with major headquarters the small area houses nearly a quarter million civilians. One of the best known landmarks of the area is the Tokyo Sky Tree the tower is still not open to the public but as it stands it is the tallest freestanding tower in the world and the tallest man made structure in all of Japan.
Currently the area has seen a drastic rise in the number of gangs and strange incidents. Though many different groups appear, this one is currently under the control of the ___ gang and their leader ___.
