Okay, the ugly blanket is going slowly but surely. My initial goal was to have it done this weekend but, with getting into the car wreak, catching up with school and then losing my hook last week, it might take a little longer:
Using green and blue remnants/stash to clear out my yarn... haha! Got my 18gal bin down to half full (and still have bins in my room full of sweet stash!)
Please forgive the poor lighting. It really doesn't give the colors justice.
I'm going 2 strand, half double with an N hook and, it actually isn't looking as ugly as I thought it would; the colors work really well.
It's going to be super warm yet very breathable since I'm using such a large hook gauge. I'm going to work on it a bit more tonight before I go to bed.
