 The guards took Elizabeth to the door of the mansion, they rang the doorbell and waited. One of the guards was smirking at her and moving his hand towards her waist, she took a step away from him which didn't please him as he released a snarl. Elizabeth kept her blue eyes on the mansion, ignoring the guards.

 Angelo walked out of the mansion and paid the guards before walking over to Elizabeth and walking with her inside his mansion and smiled as he walked with her over to the couch and sat down with her " Are you alright.." Angelo asked looking at her with caring eyes he gently wrapped an arm around her and rubbed her back in a soft light way using his powers to relax her

Elizabeth looked at him, was he actually being nice to her, she'd never received a tiny hint of kindness or gentle care from anyone. "I'm okay." Elizabeth replied quietly, feeling shy but relaxed. Elizabeth didn't want to make a fuss so even if she wasn't okay she would've said she was okay. Elizabeth had experienced a quite horrible upbringing so in her terms, she was okay because she wasn't being hit or locked up in a small dark basement, anorexic from the lack of food and drink.

Angelo nodded his head and some maids brought out plates of food and glasses of water and placed them on a wooden table. Angelo smiled and continued to rub her back in a soft caring way showing that he was going to with their for her " I'm sorry about the way people have been treating you." Angelo said softly

Elizabeth smiled softly, her eyes were sad "You have nothing to apologise for, you couldn't do anything about the way I was treated. Hopefully that's all in the past, I wish to never see them again." Elizabeth said, putting her hand gently on one of his. Elizabeth was grateful to him, she felt soothed and relaxed as he comforted her and rubbed her back softly.

Angelo blushed a bit but slowly wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close to his chest using his powers to help soothe her to sleep and smiled as he gently tilted her head up and kissed her long and softly on the lips enjoying the feeling that he was able to help her

Elizabeth smiled softly, she was amazed at how a man she'd known barely an hour could show her such love and care for her. Elizabeth staid close to his chest, she liked the way he treated her, she felt for once in her life she was worth something. His kiss was loving and soft, she felt warm and safe being with him. Elizabeth rested against him, she was so relaxed and soothed that her eyes closed and she began to fall asleep.

Angelo smiled and gently picked her up in his arms and carried her into one of the bedrooms and gently laid her on the bed and pulled the blanket over her before gently kissing her forehead. He was happy he finally found someone he could take care of and not worry about who he was anymore

Elizabeth fell into a deep sleep almost immediately, she snuggled up under the warm blanket. Elizabeth slept peacefully for the whole night, she hadn't slept in a bed for years, she was comfortable and warm.

Angelo smiled and gently stood up walking downstairs and into the kitchen and started cooking breakfast for both Elizabeth and himself. He yawned slightly from not sleeping last night thanks to several demon attacks and wore no shirt allowing the pale scars that traced his skin to show

Elizabeth woke up, she looked at herself in the mirror. Elizabeth's blonde hair was slightly messy so she found a comb in the dresser and ran it through her hair, she neatened her white silk and lace dress then left the room. Elizabeth walked quietly downstairs and into the kitchen where she found him cooking breakfast. Elizabeth was shocked by all the scars on his exposed muscular chest "What happened to you?" Elizabeth asked worriedly, walking steadily over to him with soft but concerned eyes.

Angelo sighed and shook his head as he placed breakfast on the plates and carried it over to the table and smiled as he shook his head at Elizabeth's reaction to seeing the scars " Its nothing much just from the fighting with the demons over the past nine years.." Angelo said and shrugged his shoulders before walking over to Elizabeth and hugged her softly and smiled

Elizabeth raised her eyebrows "You fight demons?" Elizabeth asked surprised at this. Elizabeth laid her hands softly on his chest as he hugged her "Do they hurt?" Elizabeth asked, after everything he'd done for her she wanted to make sure he was okay.
