So! As we get closer and closer to the pre-release, spoilers will be released.. I myself stumbled over quite a lot a couple of minutes ago, and i figured we'd need to discuss them. I can't confirm if they are real, but this site have been right about the spoilers so far. Spoiler site

At least i know how the transformation works now.
Me and a friend were discussing if they were going to do it like in kamigawa, but it seems like they found a new way!

On the checklist, there is a card called garruk relentless. Does he become a werewolf? all the other revealed transforming greens become werewolves.

So i checked the daily magic site like i do every day.. They posted the promo's for the pre-release and lunch parties ect. [link]Gotta say im loving the art of all the cards. But don't we usually get a mythic as the pre-release promo?

yeah we do usually get a mythic.
oh i so want to put 4 Elite Inquisitors in my soldier deck damn a 2/2 with first strike, Vigilance and protection from vampires, werewolves, and zombies better be at least rare

I was having my doubts about werewolves and their playability until moonmist was spoiled. Instant speed transformation that fogs makes 1/1 humans into big fatties means more damage than necessary and if garruk has a 0: transform all creatures and garruk 3.0, then it could make them more than playable in standard

But even without moonmist, if they hadn't been playable, i would probably have played them anyway, just because i think werewolves are the coolest creatures of the set~

I'm a huge fan of werewolves, but Magic werewolves? Not so much. I've kind of been despising the Transform mechanic. However, I am still looking forward to the set coming out and hope that the set will still be enjoyable. I love all of the art and flavor so far, I'm just not a big fan of the new mechanics. But we shall see. I hope they turn out to be fun and not a disaster. I think part of the reason I have a distaste for the Transform mechanic, is because I'm a pretty big limited player. It also just feels wrong having two sided cards.
That said, I think I'm probably going to like the black/red vampires a lot.

Meet Reaper of the AbyssAs far as im concerned, the cards with Morbid, and Zombies are one sided. But i've gotta say.. Reaper of the Abyss is almost a bit too powerful.
