Personality: Cynical- Ever since late childhood, Kasumi has always had the belief that people are motivated chiefly by base or selfish concerns; thus making her skeptical of the motives of others. Her cynicism was brought on not only by her own experiences but by the things that people do in general.
Socially-critical- The high standards her parents had transferred over to Kasumi but not completely in the same way. While having high expectations when it comes to others, she also has high expectations when it comes to herself and when those expectations are not met she feels incompetent.
Socially Laid-back- Kasumi is very easy to approach and get along with. Everyone is given the benefit of the doubt when she is getting to know them however she isn't quick to befriend or trust. She would sooner call you a friendly acquaintance before she'd call you a friend. It's hard to say or do something that will get under her skin, in fact you have to try very hard to piss her off. Doing so is ill advised.
Inquisitive- Knowledge is power and this is a fact that Kasumi strongly believes in. As a rule she never turns down the chance to learn something new for she thinks that the newly obtained information could come in handy later if not in the immediate future. This is one reason why she can almost always be found running her fingers along the brail of various literature.
Mild Misanthrope- Kasumi to an extent hates humanity. The world is chock full of arrogant, selfish and maniacal pricks that don't deserve her time or even the gift of life. Yet she is also aware that not everyone is like that and not everyone deserves to be treated like filth.
Physical Appearance: Kasumi stands at the height of five feet and five inches. Her skin is smooth and chocolate brown. Framing her oval face are long locks of black hair that cascades down past her shoulders like a river of ink. Peering out from long thick lashes are swirling pools of gray. Hidden beneath attire that usually consists of jeans, tanks or mid drifts is a rather curvaceous body. Perk D-cup breasts, washboard abs, slender waist, plump rear and long shapely legs come together to create a beautiful woman.
Biography: Kasumi wasn't always the individual she is today. Her views on the world around her were always so cynical. She was innocent once and saw the silver lining in the storm clouds. However, in her days of innocence she was blind to what was truly around her. There was a time where she had an older sister and father. Her mother had long since passed before her very first memories had begun to form and she was happy. She lived a life your average, typical child would. Yet as we all know, life doesn't always remain so happy. Tragedy always strikes and it spares no one.
One winter morning, Kasumi and the people that meant so much in her life were on their way home from a holiday trip they had taken some weeks prior. There was an overcast, snow fell from the sky at such a rate that visibility was low and it was cold enough to free freshly spilled water. Her father held no worries for there was little to no traffic on the road they traveled and he believed that if her took his time all would be alright. He couldn't be more wrong. As they made their way around a turn, tires met with slick black ice and the breaks could do nothing to help them.
The car plowed through the guard rail and with terror clutching the very fiber of their being, the car violently rolled and flipped down the steep cliff face causing Kasumi's world to fade into darkness. She awoke twelve days later in a hospital bed bewildered and frightened. She couldn't see and frantically she called out for her sister and brother only to have her cries go unanswered. Eventually she was greeted with the staff that were assigned to watch over her and calmed. It was an hour after she had awaken did she find out how truly alone she was.
Little did she know that this trauma caused her to form anxiety disorder but self-consciousness and sensitivity. It only really came to the surface when she was placed within the system and put into an orphanage. Hearing so many voices and hearing so many feet pattering around her all at once but not being able to see their source would set her off and have her spiraling into a mental and emotional breakdown. After three therapy sessions she was introduced to meditation which proved to be the remedy for her attacks. Not just a remedy but an open door of awareness to what truly was around her. There were occurrences where she was aware of those in the spiritual world but those occurrences were not only rare, they were random. However, the older she became, the more frequent they became.
Thus she has in a way become almost numb to it. While it still has a habit of catching her off guard, she's come to believe that this is just how things are to be. This awareness is regarded as both a gift and a curse.

Special Information
Abilities: The base of her abilities is her very own reiatsu which is abnormally high for the typical human being. If her abilities were to be placed in a category it would be seen as a sensory type. Using her own reiatsu to sense others, she can then compress or solidify her reiatsu to offensively attack her opponents. This in and of itself ties into her defensive abilities. Sensing attacks with her reiatsu she is able to create barriers of her own to block attacks. However, without training, all of this is circumstantial and relies on instinct. Anyone with a better sensibility and more experience with their own skills could take her out. Her reiatsu also serves as a sensory extension when it comes to feeling vibration in the earth and in the air.
