Lacunosa Town
DESCRIPTION -
Welcome to Lacunosa Town, which is widely known for being 'Methodical and Orderly'. The people of this Town have adapted themselves to a seemingly long-lasting schedule, which has been present for hundreds of years(apparently). During the day, the citizens roam free in the Town's streets. But at night? At night, the people of Lacunosa withdraw into their homes, believing that a 'terrifying monster' will attack them if they're out that late. Do you believe this?
LOCATION -
Lacunosa Town is located in north-eastern Unova. Route 13 lies to the east, with Route 12 lying to the west.
PEOPLE -
Being one of Unova's smaller locations - in terms of population -, the people of Lacunosa tend to stick to 'ancient' traditions and customs. Some would even go so far as to tell you why everyone withdraws into their homes at night.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
Village Bridge - Constructed over 200 years ago, the Village Bridge was built when the river below washed away the houses on its banks when it flooded. An elderly stone cutter is now in charge of making sure that the Bridge stays in tip-top condition nowadays.
The Lacunosa Legend - Rumor has it that, a long time ago, a large meteor came from the sky, slamming into nearby Route 13. On this meteor was a 'terrifying monster', which prompted the people of Lacunosa to hide in their homes at night, for fear of said monster attacking(ultimately starting the tradition, which still stands to this very day). No one really knows what this monster is, or what it wants...are you brave enough to find out?
MYTH/LORE -
Nowadays, in Lacunosa, there are people that say that they no longer believe in the legend of the monster, who's rumored to bring 'cold winds' with it whenever it appears. However, that hasn't stopped people from not coming out when the sun goes down...
