Here's what I have so far:
Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
Careful Nature
Moves: Brave Bird/Protect/Toxic/Roost
Reunicles @ (Undecided)
Ability: Magic Coat
Modest Nature
Moves: Psychic/Focus Blast/Substitute/Recover
Hippowdon @ Expert Belt
Ability: Sand Stream
Adamant Nature
Moves: Ice Fang/Yawn/Earthquake/Stone Edge
At current, I need to figure out what Reunicles should hold, and what the fourth team member should be. Any suggestions? Comments? Um... Stuff?

Pursuit/Crunch is awesome, plus the amazing raw attack power. Though it would likely increase the number of weaknesses you have.
Alternatively - Magnezone for coverage?

I almost forgot that if I went Sandstorm, I could always use a Steel that isn't Excadrill (even if the mole is SHEER AWESOME in a sandstorm).
