Starting the Game!
"Congratulations! Finally, the island got a well-deserved owner! I am sure that in a short period of time this place will turn into a flourishing paradise on earth. But first of all I would like to take you on a short tour to show you your new property."
"Fishermen used to live on this island. The only evidence of their presence is an old neglected pier. It would be nice to have it repaired for upcoming guests who are traveling by sea."
You start off with $4,050 and 10 Gold Piastres, 0 xp, 15 staff, of which 3 will be used in the tutorial, and 40 electricity, 10 of which will be used in the tutorial, and all of which will be created in the tutorial.
1) The first thing you will see will be this:
. Click the pier, and you will see this:
Click the glowing wrench. It will cost $1000 to repair the pier, but don't worry, that's earned back quickly.
"Wonderful! Renovated pier is ready to accomodate ships and tourists are already interested in your island. The first cruise liner is seen on the horizon. People will step ashore if you can at least offer modicum of comfort. Looks like yuo are going to build a hotel here? Excellent decision! However, in order to begin you will need to build a road that leads to the construction site."
There will be an arrow pointing to the road button:
. Press it. You will see this:
. Click on the green square the arrow is pointing at. Then click on the second green square the next arrow points at, and a road should be formed. Next, press the green checkmark in the lower left corner. It looks like this:

"I knerw you could handle that task. Now there is an excellent road on the island and nothing stops you from building your first hotel."
Click the build button:
. A screen will pop up looking like this:
. Click the flashing cabin button. You will then see this:
. Place the cabin on the patch of green squares with the arrow pointing to them.
"Construction has completed before the deadline. New hotel is ready to accomodate guests. The only thing that has to be done is to supply electric power."
Click on the build button again, and the screen will pop up, looking like this:
. Click the flashing wind-driven generator button, and place it.
"Perfect! There is electricity in hotel rooms as well as ACs and TVs are working. You've supplied all appliances with power and now it is time to think about people. The sea air works up an appetite. Couple of hot-dogs will definitely help. I am sure that a small shop will get a fast return on your investment."
Click the build button again. This screen will pop up:
. Select the flashing hot dog stand, and place it:

"Now everything is ready to welcome our guests in our grand opening. As for me, I have to go because I still have to deal with a stuffed office and piles of paperwork. It was nice meeting you. I hope my modest piece of advice will be useful in the future."
When the tutorial ends, you will gain a level! Hurray!

Making Money!
1) Collecting from buildings.
As you build buildings, you will notice a yellow or green $ sign above them. When you click on a building with this above it, you will get a certain amount of money. I will make a chart for the types of buildings and how much money you get per upgrade in image form to go here soon!
2) Chores.
When you go to your friends' resorts, you will notice buildings with a broom and a bucket in a yellow circle above some buildings. When you click on those buildings, you get money! The amount of money depends on the type of building and how many times the building has been upgraded.
3) Rent Plots.
There are two ways to go about renting. You can place up to 3 plots of any size on your island, or you can build buildings on other islands to collect money there.
When building on your own island, you pay for the plot, supply the electricity and staff, and can upgrade the building, as well as choose from your friends' offers. The building will be built immediately when you choose. The type of building determines how often you can collect from it and how much money you will be able to collect from it.
When on a friend's island, you can choose the type of building, which you pay for. Your friend will supply the electricity and staff, and will be in charge of upgrading the building. Remember, they might not choose you! There will be a list of buildings that can be placed on different sized plots following soon!
4) Gold Piastres.
You can earn gold piastres by gaining levels! There are also other ways! if you know how to gain piastres, PM me! Please mention how many piastres have been earned for the activity!
