Born on Castataia to a family of farmers who supported the rebellion. Persephone's parents were murdered by the Empire when she was eight, and since then, she has hated the Empire more than anything. She adopted the name Persephone when she formally entered the rebel forces; her real name is a mystery to all but the highest-ranking rebel officers. Her saboteur training has made her very cautious around people, almost to the point of paranoia, and she never trusts anyone fully, expecting anyone to betray her at any moment.
