-your job is to help me keep the peace around here, you will help me with join requests and guild events, other than that let the Crew take care of arguments and rule breakers.

-i trust your judgement, if you feel someone isnt really going to make a good impact on the guild, you dont have to ask me if its alright to accept/reject.
Post Often
-in role plays and chats as well, if were not active, than our members wont be either.

-To moderate and keep the peace, you will be assigned a specefic forum your required to monitor and i dont expect you to be on it all day every day, but at least check it regularly to make sure that no one is out of line
Approving Threads
-now this is an inportant role in the guild so everyone should have a part in this, now i dont need you to receive a PM and verification, but if you see a new thread, Click on it to make sure that its not violating certain rules
Helping the newbs
-we all know they are out there, and hell we have to start somewhere, if you spot a noob posting a fourm, or in a forum, try to help them out to the best of your ability. try to get them to type 3 or more sentences without using too many fillers.
dont be afraid to ask for help
-if you have someone who wont listen to you, wont do as told or all and all being unruly, PM someone about it, its alright for you to ask people in higher posissions for help, were a family and family helps eachother out.
and lastly
-Get your sxy but out there and rock their world
