The Amazing Story Line

▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄

Times of peace hardly exists upon the world. Kingdoms are continuously going to war with each other over land and power. A great ruler, King Puma, saw how corrupt and violent the world had become and called upon a Seer for a solution of peace. The seer answered his question with a prophecy. She said that within the Earth were 6 gems of great power. Each gem were in tune with a different element. Should the power of the gems be awakened and used for good then the world may one day be at peace. But she then warned the king, should the gems be awakened by one of an impure heart the gem will become as corrupt as its owner and the world may be in an even worse state than it had already become.
King Puma, hoping he could finally end all the fighting, set out a large reward for anyone who would bring these gems to him. King Puma dismissed the seer to soon and became oblivious to certain facts. His reward over the gems spread quickly and soon he was not the only one after the gems. Kings and Emperors corrupt for power heard of the prophecy and also sent forth mercenaries and rewards after the gems. No one realized that as the prophecy was being spoken by the seer the gems were already being awaken by beings that would be known as Keepers and to everyone’s surprise these gems were actually people.

Setting: The setting will be in the middle ages. Each Keeper will be of the same element as the gem they awaken. All Keepers will start in different areas and meet up later in the rp. Each gem will begin trapped within a crystal.

We Hate them yet Need them. Yep, the Rules

Rules:

-Follow the Gaian rules.
-Be semi literate meaning write in COMPLETE sentences. No (*) marks for your actions. Use punctuation. Post at least a paragraph per post if not more. I am not asking for a book, but at least enough for the next person to be able to post off you.
-This is long term so if you join be prepared to post more than once a week.
-Tell us when you leave that way we don't sit there for an hour waiting for a response from someone who's not there.
-You may not want to hear this but Im limiting the characters to either being a full blood or a half blood meaning you can't be 1/4th this or 1/5th that.
-Have fun.

Rules for Gems and their Keeper:

-Gems awaken with no memories other than how to do things. They also have personalities.
-Gems become weak when they are separated from their keeper ((They don’t actually pass out or die or anything like that. They just always feel tired and their abilities weaken.))
-Gems and their Keepers are psychically connected which means they can speak to each other telepathically.
-Death: When a gem is killed he/she is reincarnated. The gem will take on a new form and personality as it returns to sleep in a crystalized prison. When the keeper is killed the gem returns to their crystalized slumber keeping the same personality and physical form. Their memories of the previous time on earth are wiped out. Thus if the gem was awakened nude it means he/she was killed in their previous use. If they are awakened wearing clothing then their previous keeper had died.
-Crystal Shards: The crystals of which the gems were awakened from still retain their magic even after being shattered. Shards from these crystals can be used to entrap a gem inside the shard simply by touching their skin.
