How has everyone been holding up? It was a fight just to register, and then we waited, and then waited some more. Now that it's open, we're still waiting.
Just to register, I had to stay up til 4am, a panicked mess at the thought of not solving the riddle in time. I had a group of Skype friends, and that was fun, and we ended up staying awake and solving three nights worth of clues for our friends as well.
What has everyone been through to register?

Also, this might be a good place to chat about problems we're having in Pottermore. For example, I was brewing a Sleeping Draught potion and wasn't able to pick up the mistletoe berries. Anyone else have that glitch?

The only problems I've had so far was the spell thing, but you were most helpful to that.
I stayed up until 3am to wait for the clue, I was on the FB pages just talking about what everyone thought the clue would be....I got in, in the first 10 minutes...I also got my friend in at the same time on her laptop, she was unable to do it herself because she was out clubbing and I was at her house (I was on vaycay and instead of a hotel stayed with her) because I was sick and was not able to go clubbing.....

I'm glad that you're better at spells now. Keep practicing, and when dueling starts working again, we can fight ^_^

I know I suck at dueling since I get such low points in the practicing of the spells. But if they don't put the dueling up, pretty sure everyone is going to run out of galleons and ingredients or something.
I wonder if we get refills when October comes along...

I hope so, a lot of my House Members have spent most their galleons on potion ingredients.

I wonder if this guild will become more active in October once Pottermore is open to the world?
In other words, next week, unless it takes the same long process of accepting...

I had the same thoughts. This is more of a "meet people" guild until it becomes available to all. And then I suppose we can talk about strategies, finding items, and theories ^_^

I am having trouble even seeing the site, I think there servers have been backed up for 3 days now, also I am making house guilds if anyone wants to join ill be posting them later as long as its ok with our lovely captain.

The only problem I have had so far was when brewing potions but that was a bit of my own fault. Not watching what you are doing can cause problems.
I hope everything fills back up in October. I'm just about out of money already because I've been making potions to keep myself occupied.

I've been blowing up too many cauldrons so I am taking a break from brewing. Has anyone dueled yet? It's been down since I've joined.

I got in on the first day. I stayed up until like 4 in the morning, reading and re-reading the 1st HP book, while constantly refreshing the Pottermore Webpage, to see if the Golden Quill was up yet. I read the book 7 times in that one night. That's a new record for me. Also, I thought Ollivander's didn't sell Elder Wands, but mine was Elder, 12 1/4 in., Unicorn, hard. I thought the saying went "Wand of Elder, Never Prosper"

Elder is super rare because most people don't get along with it. Olivander does make Elderwood wands, but they almost never go to anybody.
