If you have a State ID (which you need to cash your paychecks), that should work the same way. I have a Texas State ID, and for all intents and purposes, it serves as valid photo ID legally.

You can get it at the DMV with your social security card and birth certificate. It's like $20. You'll need valid photo ID to make any progress. It's a good idea to have photo ID anyway.
