~~::: The Beginning :::~~

→ In the beginning there was Nothing, a primordial ocean of wayward thought and chaos. And it was from this that the Overfather was created. And it was in the instant of his birth that the Overfather, His thoughts moving faster than any mortal intellect could comprehend, gave birth to the Nine Twin Gods. Each resembled the other in appearance, mind, and spirit, and to each was bestowed His love and life. But it came to pass, as it always has, that the Nine Twins conspired and used their deification might to alter their father's constructions: themselves. It was this event that gave each their own mind, their own personality, and each took up a Banner upon which each signed their Domain.

When their father learned of this, His anger was great. How could His creations know better than He? How could they show more creativity than He? So jealous was His fury that he forged a prison for them, a corporeal mass of earth, stone, and many other elements that gave rise to many, many world. And it was to these that the Overfather forced His children into, to bind them for eternity for their arrogance. And it was with this final act that the Overfather left his children and moved further into the great Nothing.

But it was a short prison sentence, for the children learned of their father's design and took over it, remaking the world they had been imprisoned in, creating the world we know today and freeing themselves once more.

::Origin of Belief »»:: The founder of the religion was the first Knight who stood as judge on the day Jared was imprisoned and stripped of his limbs. The knight, a holy man and pious beyond belief, was also the greatest warrior throughout all of recorded history. His name was Siegfried, and after his Knights Code was accepted throughout the world he became revered as a legend, and the worship of his Deity, Delesca, became commonplace among the knighthood forevermore.
