The stairs. lol
There are about 7 stairs in between the downstairs and the upstairs... Great cardio when moving boxes and bags.. I moved my boxes to my room the other day, nine trips up and down.. lol
That and until I get a wireless router I'm also stuck coming down here for the computer, which I totally don't mind. smile
Also, sorry if this is way too random... Just kind of chattering and thinking out loud..

Just kind of chattering and thinking out loud.. Haha! No worries, that is what this forum is for! I miss my last apartment. It was a 2 story condo-style apartment that sat above the garage. So, 2 flights of stairs (1 from car to front door and 1 inside to the bedrooms.) Great exercise and I definitely feel the difference now that I don't have that daily cardio.

Yeah.. there's only one set of stairs, but to check the mail it's a freaking hill.. That one is fun.. lol
Now mix the hill and the stairs with the fact I'm about to be starting back to work... Yeah, I really hope to start losing some weight.. Was not proud of the fact that in the three years I stayed with my grandmother I gained around 50 pounds.. x.x

Was not proud of the fact that in the three years I stayed with my grandmother I gained around 50 pounds.. x.x Oh, you can shed that easily from work, hill and stairs. I shed 30 lbs taking a fitness walking class that was 2 days/wk, 45min/day over the course of 16 wks.
