-Description: An unique and difficult technique used by higher ranked shinobi. Also known as Instantaneous Body Movement.
-Effect: While out of battle, a player may be allowed to instantly move from one location to the next within a country without having to do any wait times or lines. This may only be done once per week. (If caught cheating with this we will remove the perk and you may not be able to use it again. If caught continuing or using without this perk more severe consequences may ensue.) While in battle, gain +200 to all Flee Checks.

-Description: Hunter Nin not only have the ability to erase jutsu but they can also steal jutsu. Scavenging warzones or taking hostages to search their minds, bodies and the likes for the secrets that they were once capable of doing.
-Effect: By preforming a check of your Int(x2) + Int Buff(x2) + Lvl*5 + Awareness(Must be flat awareness not limited) Item/Jutsu Buffs vs target's Int(x2) + Toughness(x2) + Lvl*15 and succeeding the user may erase one technique for the target's normal technique bank. For each degree they succeed by they can remove another technique.
-Type: Offensive
-Limits: May only be taken once. Tracker. This may only be done on a target that is Dead, KO'd or Stunned. This check can only be done twice.

-Description: Hunter Nin have the unique abilities to scavenge through the minds of their targets and erase jutsu that they may have learned in their past. This is usually done when a shinobi goes rouge and has knowledge of village or clan jutsu that said parties would rather kept private.
