This is where I (kage) aka Otokage will be making my decisions and waiting on my experiment reports. You are allowed in here only if you knock first or are the Akatsuki, if I didnt invite you or you didnt knock prepare to have you leg attached to your head. This is also where I will assign missions if you seek them though if you go off trying to do things without my permission such as attacking Konoha I will make sure to take you body parts and add them to my experimentation chamber. If I am not here then I am obviously off on Kamakazi business so my assistant will handle all mission assignments.
