Mortys (Pronounced Mor-Tiss) Is a death world. It was once a regular planet, but was caught in such a ferocious asteroid storm that it broke apart into three uneven pieces. These pieces are still held together by the core of the planet, which floats at the center, unattached to the planet. The spaces between the planet chunks are rife with electrical disturbances and strange gravetic anomalies, making them dangerous to fly through. The survivng inhabitants of each section of the planet eke out a living on the hellish remnants of their home, which is now rife with volcanic activity, quakes, gravity flucuations, and other such hardships.

There are a few honest settlements here still, but mostly this place attracts criminals looking for an unnoticed place to land and exchange illicit cargos.
