This story takes place on the same day but in different years. Emma and Dexter are shown meeting when they are younger and it shows where the two are as the years progress. It's kind of a love story, but focuses a lot on friendship.

That was a bad summary, but I think this movie looks fascinating. The book is really good so I look forward to seeing the film adaptation.
