My friend from another state recently came over and got me into skating.
I think my parents might have gotten me a skateboard for my birthday coming up, but if not, birthday money will be going to a skateboard.
What would be best for me? I'm only a beginner, I'll occasionally be a skate parks and would like to do a few tricks, and I'll be riding a lot on the road.

if you were to go to a local skate shop, buy one of that they recommend the most. or if you go to zumiez buy one of their cheap boards. buying 50 dollars boards pretty much skate the same
