Biography: Raio was born into a high class family with out a problem in the world. Until one day his parents were assassinated. Having no other family, Raio had to move in with his low class, poor aunt and uncle. They made him take up a profession, he took up archeology. And addition he went after his dream to be the best air bender in the world by enrolling into the air bender academy at the southern air temple.
