((I put these next three in the storage thread a few days ago, but there was no word. Probably means I ought to follow the rules & post them separately like we're supposed to x-x;;
...Will wait for 'Genie to get accepted before posting the others.))
Name: Imogen Nikse Karadjian
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Species: Human
Powers (optional) limit to 3: She can raise the characters she creates to life.
Bio: She’s a fairly average girl. Never been impressed by much, but that stems from never having left her isolated suburban hometown. She’s no starry-eyed dreamer, but spent almost all of her time lost in her own head while living there. It just sucked less than the reality she’d been saddled with. She’s used to spending most of her time alone and isn’t experienced with being social – outside of her family, there were few she could have a friendly exchange with, let alone a full conversation. Karadjian was an oddity, living in a town of clean, rigid normalcy that had little tolerance for outliers. It was especially frowned upon when she’d send little calligraphy gesture drawings dancing across the classroom.
Personality: Apathetic, antisocial, and generally detached. She’s likely to brighten up now that she’s somewhere she can breathe. Restless; getting out in the nearby forests & hiking trails and getting her heart pumping was one of her main coping mechanisms. Her parents forced her into gymnastics & dance as a toddler, & though she quit by 14 (as soon as they let her), she liked to use that knowledge of body mechanics to train herself in diy versions of free running, handbalancing, & similar acrobatic skills that helped her feel less trapped. She's real good at bouldering & climbing trees.
Likes: Being away from home, other cultures, dancing (as long as no one is watching), acrobatics, sprinting, climbing, high places, music, nature, being alone
Dislikes: That sordid little Pleasantville, lying, pretense, cabin fever, being forced to socialize/perform, being the focus of attention in a large crowd
Character Flaws: Another one who’s socially inept, but only out of habit. As far as her powers, so far she’s only been able to raise gesture drawings/ stick men off their pages. They don’t do much when she does. Presently, they’ve only ever made it about a meter away before being eaten, crushed, or otherwise destroyed. They’re flimsy, apparently non-sentient, and uncontrollable once they’re off the page – not that she’s ever tried reigning them in.
Other: Until she raised her first doodle, peers tended to shorten her middle name to Niki. Afterward, most took to using her initials – something she inwardly adores. She’ll respond to anything, but likes to think of INK as her superhero name, and began doodling a comic series of the character soon after the nickname caught on. Her complex characters, even though they wouldn’t rise, served as her closest friends the entirety of her childhood. She remains deeply attached to them and carries two small sketchbooks in her bag at all times.
