IntroductionBelow is our Ranking system for the guild. This ranking system in particular is for those whom are Demons & Half-Demons. As you can see below we have our ranking chart which shows you the positions from the highest rank, down to the lowest rank. Below the ranking chart is a detailed explanation on the ranks as well as the characters within the guild that fall under that rank. Each rank has specific requirements in order to proceed onward, there are also specific jobs or skills for each rank that we can say are typically things you would see members of that rank performing. Combat Victory Demons are not tested in the way Exorcist are to ensure they are ready to move forward within their ranks increase, demons are ranked based off of their skills and they show this by the number of battles or kills they have under their name. Demons gain these ranking by doing battle with other demons of their rank or a higher rank and obtaining victory or defeating powerful exorcist. There are a few ways demons can do combat with other demons in order to gain enough experience to be considered for their rank increase. The first is defeating multiple NPC demon challenges that can appear at any time, these NPC challenges usually come in great numbers and they tend to have a specific system in order to defeat the demons based on the type of demon that has appeared. Second is by attacking and defeating real RPCs, defeating doesn’t mean kill but killing the opponent would ensure the chance of the increase. When a demon defeats an RPC demon of a higher rank than their own they will be able to take the ranking of the defeated demon. While the defeated demon won’t decrease in rank, they will be seen as a weaker target and may be sought out for elimination by upper level demons that are of the same Kin or by their reigning Demon Lord. Applying to Increase RankFor the most part, combat is the only way to increase the ranking of a demon, but if one believes their character should be reevaluated for a specific rank or they are starting off with a character before being approved, they may request a rank advancement through KogaP, with the following information below, if the character is asking to be reevaluated for a rank increase they will be forced to do combat with a higher level demon or an NPC demon created and battle a mod within a specific time, if the character cannot defeat the mod within the allowed time, the rank will be denied and the battle will exist in the guild as a mark on history on the character as a defeat. If the character is killed during battle the guild will look at the battle as a dream.

D-Class DemonsD-Class demons are the weakest class of demons, they are very common but tend to be less important as more powerful classes are introduced. These demons tend to easily slip through barriers that are structured to keep out upper class demons whom can pose a higher threat. D-class are almost always monstrous, standing several feet above human size, although some higher ranked ones of this class are much smaller and more humanoid. The generic personality of this class is overconfidence, sadism (laughing at other’s emotional pain rather than physical pain of the higher classes of demons), idiocy, dishonor, and higher view of themselves. However, when faced with defeat, they become desperate, even fearful for their lives. The powers of this class tend to be more physical based, so that they can dominate with overwhelming strength, thinking little of strategy. Although this isn’t always the case; higher leveled D-Class have more control over their instincts than those of lower levels and show more prudence in daily life as most D-class demons will try to blend in with human society. However they tend to be even more arrogant as they are typically stronger than most typical humans in Assiah (however extremely weak in Gehenna). Power wise, D-Class are superhuman on the level of destruction they can cause is usually no more than simple property damage (destroying a car, breaking a tree, smashing a wall, etc.) A single D-class demon is strong enough to kill a platoon of well trained and well-armed ‘normal’ human soldiers. C-Class Demons C-Class is about average strength for most demons. They’re stronger than the D-Class, but their power pales in comparison to B-Class demons and above. These demons are very common and are relatively abundant in both Assiah and Gehenna though more abundant in Gehenna as the Order keeps a close watch on any demons that are C-Class or higher. C-Class are the first class to consist of extremely human-like demons, not resulting from a loss of power or transformation, whose only unusual features are different colored hair (or skin) and the occasional non-human feature such as pointed ears or horns. Personality-wise, there is wide variety, there are some that are arrogant and sadistic, but smart enough to not overestimate their strength; or eccentric ones who are carefree and optimistic. In short, C-Class is the equivalent of normal humans, each with their own personality and views on life, but still have an interest in battle and retain instincts to guide them, while they rely more complex strategy to defeat enemies, rather than the threats and physical power of D-Class. Aside from power, what further sets C-Class apart from D-Class is the fact that C-Class demons have a level of mastery over their demon energy. They can use energy based attacks and manifest specialized abilities that the D-class demons are incapable of. Requirements to Advance The first option is Participate in 5 NPC Demon battles

C+ Class Demons C+ Class are upper level C-class demons whom are close to becoming either B-class or Quest Class demons. They are capable of mass destruction on levels of destroying half a forest of destroying a small town or kill a small army of soldiers without serious trouble at all. These demons are very careful when they are Requirements to Advance The first option is Participate in 15 NPC Demon battles, taking this option will send you to B-Class
The second option is defeat a demon on a rank higher than you
The third option is defeat lower first class or lower second class exorcist, taking this option will send you to Quest Class Individuals of C+ Class

Quest Class Demons Quest Class demons are a special breed of demon whom gain the ability to create something from nothing; literally materializing objects seemingly out of thin air simply with their Qi. These tangible, yet in most cases invisible objects are usually a derivation of some kind of weapon. This unusual power makes this class of demon’s most formidable foes. They have the strength, speed, and intelligence of B-class demons, but only demons that have gone through the Quest Class are able to keep this ability of creating things from nothing. It’s mastered during B-class. In a way being a Quest Class demon is a subcategory of the B-Class. Quest-Class demons typically hold governing-level positions in demon “society”. Requirements to Advance The first option is Participate in 10 NPC Demon battles

B-Class Demons B-Class is where the strength level skyrockets and is the beginning of the upper class demon strength, where the difference between two classes is absolutely enormous. B-Classes are far more powerful than C-Classes, but they still can’t compete with the higher classes. This is in most cases the strongest class of demon that can be found in Assiah, as any higher class can’t pass through the barrier net between Assiah and Gehenna without help from someone on the other side or special conditions. The only time a higher class demon will be found in Assiah is if the Barrier is down, a lower class demon raises their strength while in Assiah, or a higher class demon wears a device that downgrades their power such as demon power limiters created by Umbrella Corporation. B-class are much more intelligent than C-classes, and could be classified as intellectually superior to humans, only to be less intelligent than wise A-classes that have experience on their side, and the omnipotent S-Class, as such they have planning capabilities and can team up with other demons, setting their egos aside to a better cause. This is probably due to the immense control and discipline it takes to contain and properly use their powers. Along with this greater power come greater perception and enhanced senses. At B-class, demons gain greater extra-sensory awareness with some instances bordering on clairvoyance. However, they are still instinctive and have primitive lust for sadism and battle and some have the ability to calm it to the point that they appear composed, or because of their intelligence, become extremely overconfident and prone to rage when they are bested. The demons of this class have been shown to be almost identical to humans with a few non-human features, like oddly colored hair, a few horns, and large size. This is another reason why they possess human bodies. B-class demons are capable of wiping out small countries and only the most powerful of weapons could be used to destroy them. They are capable of far more destruction than a simple B-class demon, they are also so intelligent, that they start to develop human like emotions like a sense of humor, a twisted desire of something pure becoming depraved, and love. A-Class Demons A-Class is the second to highest class, beings possessing A-Class strength level are almost exclusive to Gehenna while the barrier is up; the only exception are if a human attains this strength, a demon achieves this level in Gehenna, or the barrier is removed. Prior to the creation of the barrier A-class demons could move freely between worlds without aid. While exceptionally powerful and rare in Assiah, they relatively common in Gehenna. However, compared to the power of an S-class demon they are very weak; so weak in fact they are used as mere foot soldiers to Demon Lords. From the demons of this class, A-class are traditional depiction of demons, with some being humanoid with various inhuman features such as horns, fins, eyes, etc; to very humanoid beings. A-class do not react to instinct, but instead, will use their brains and “senses” to figure in order to judge how strong an opponent is and observe before taking action. Further evidence of their intelligence is in the buildings they have created. In conclusion, the A-class are comparable to civilized human beings in their culture and ways of thinking. In terms of society, A-class demons would compose the upper middle class and are still considered exceptional in even the demon world. In terms of power, a single A-Class demon could cause immeasurable destruction in the human world and nothing short of a nuclear weapon could destroy one of them.Requirements to Advance The first option is Participate in 50 NPC Demon battles

A+ Class Demons A+ Classare upper level A-class demons whom are close to become S-Class demons. They are extremely dangerous and destructive but they tend to care more about their status than actual problems in either the human world or demon world. Usually around A+ Class demons are upper class citizens among demons and are looked at for their great wealth and power over lower level demons. They don’t tend to fight as much, due to their lack of drive for combat, but they aren’t afraid to fight when needed. They act as advisors towards Demon Lords and sometimes even body guards to their children until they reach a certain power level.Requirements to AdvanceIndividuals of A+ Class

S-Class Demons S-Class are the highest class demons. They are so strong that even “low” S class’s strength could completely devastate Earth. In Demon World, there are only 20 known. A middle S-Class was noted to start to get close and that would achieve Upper S in less than 2 years. A single Lower S-Class demon is strong enough to defeat a horde of five-hundred Upper A-Class demons by themselves with relatively little effort and are capable of destroying the Earth. Being the strongest class and following the class system, they are completely humanoid with some nonhuman features like pointed ears, or horns, or tails, or none at all, appearing to be completely human. The general personality of the S-class is to be very reserved, not often letting their emotions decide things, but rather experience. This detaches them from humanity, making them similar to ascended beings. S-classes that have human-like emotion like laid back natures, grief, and respect for their enemy show a complete contrast to the lowest classes that lived in fear, had no respect for one another, let alone their opponents and extreme arrogance. The S-class has displayed some of the most friendly and patient characters, and likely implying a future that demons would one day become similar to this nature. Each S-class demon has immense power, earning the fears of the Order, of being capable of destroying the planet, both in immense strength and powerful energy based abilities such as barriers, blasts, and dimension distortions. Unlike the other classes S-class cannot be attained by simple training. In order to achieve S-class a Demon must undergo a profound change. This change can be caused by emotion, a special condition unique to the individual, specialized training, or a procedure performed upon them.
