Trigger stood looking at the Turtle while he waited for Scraggy. It had been awhile since he came here and actually had a chance to talk with the turtle. They were old friends since the turtle knew him since before he became Raikage. They chatted about the past, while waiting for Scraggy.

Wow, we're actually on a giant turtle. That's nice.
Scraggy appears on the Turtle. He walks around looking at things the turtle has. He sees no clouds at all. He eventually finds the Raikage. He says, " I wonder if sharks can grow this big."
Wow, we're actually on a giant turtle. That's nice.

Trigger laughed at scraggy's comment. "Of course they, can Scraggy, never underestimate the power of nature." He jumped up onto the back of turtle and stood next to Scraggy. "I'm sure your ready to begin, so I will give you the starting points of this lesson. The first part you should have mastered by now, which is Lightning chakra manifestation. The next step is pushing that lightning towards another stage, in this case the Black Lightning stage." He straightened his right hand beside his body then moved it diagonally upward to the right by about two feet. The lightning chakra flowed around his hand and arm in its natural colored state.
Trigger just looked at Scraggy because he knew Scraggy was paying close attention to him. Trigger stared at Scraggy as his facial expression turned emotionless then to one filled with a dark killing intent. He even gave off a Killing intent aura. Lightning flowing around his arm flashed from normal to black and back to normal then finally to black again. "When it comes to the Black lightning release it requires dark emotions to change the lightning chakra black. With practice though, you will be able to create black lightning chakra without having to think negative." He raised his right hand out towards Scraggy and said, "Now you try."
(OOC: that may not be right but It's the only way I can think of teaching it that would make sense)

Hate? Really? You have to harness hate and anger to control this kind of chakra? I refuse to control both of those things in both my hands... Instead, I'll control Love and Happiness into one of my hands and Hate and Anger into another. I'll use those to control both Lightning Chakra together. With that, I can use two moves at once.
" Well, I'm going to focus chakra in both my hands in case one fails. " he says. Scrafty focuses his Lightning chakra into his left hand. His lightning chakra would turn Light Teal. He the focused chakra into his right hand. He thought of all the good times he had with his parents, and how they were easily killed. The ground started to shake, and right arm turned Black, with his facial expression changing from regular, to enraged. Afterwards, he calmed down as the ground returned to normal, and he was focusing Light Teal lightning into his left hand and Black chakra into his Right. He held both his hands out and said, " I sthis how you do it? " He then smiled and closed his eyes, as he looked to the Raikage..
It seems i can control both of these kinds of Chakra very good. Now I can master the technique I've been thinking of using. I must thank the Raikage for this technique. For I will use this move with pride for the Village Hidden in the Cloud. Wait, why all of the sudden am I so proud to be a Cloud Ninja? Maybe learning new techniques changes people...

Trigger watched as Scraggy tried performing the jutsu. He was surprised to see how fast scraggy caught on and then he remembered that Scraggy was a shinobi from his village after all. "That's right, just practice more and in time you will be able to produce the black lightning without the negative emotions." He paused then looked at Scraggy with a serious face. "I have to tell you this. You cannot teach the secrets of this technique to anyone without my permission." As he spoke placed both hands behind his back.

Scraggy says, " Yes, lord Raikage. " Scraggy is impressed with his new technique and how he can perform it. He wonders who or what he's going to use it on. He also wonders how he's going to use it.

Trigger smiled and said, "Good, now. Head to my office, every one should be gathered by now." He paused then continued, "we will be discussing the Akatsuki." The clone vanished in a cloud of lightning and returned to trigger. As the clone vanished he said his final words. "And get their quickly."
