Marceline was born in Britain(so yes, she has an accent, a heavy accent) in the late 15th century. Her mother and father were sadists and sacrificed their own daughter to Satan. So, she became a demon. She stayed in Hell for at least 1000 years before coming back up to the human world to cause a bit of trouble. But, the humans soon caught her interest, so she decided to study them. Sometimes she would even kidnap one and do... experiments on them. It sort of put her into a mad state of mind and she just couldn't stop. Until she got caught that is.
Since she was too young to go to jail or even juvy, she was sent to this school with all her experimentation tools taken away. The police also embedded a chip into her brain. Every time she thinks these thoughts, she starts to go back into her mad state of mind. This chip snaps her out of it, while also electrifying her in the process.
