    all from the guild faq

    No cybering
Cybering, or cyber sex, offering cyber, asking about cyber and anything involved with cybering is not allowed in the guild network as it is a violation of the TOS. If there is a guild found that encourages cybering or contains cybering then it will be removed and the parties involved will be punished.

    About spam
Some guilds are created for the sole reason to spam, so if you want to post spam then do it there. Spam found in any of the other guilds is not allowed and will result in it being deleted and the user warned.

    About bumping
Bumping serves no purpose in the guild forum. Bumping will not bring your guild to the top of the forum; it will not make your guild more visible. So don’t do it! As for bumping to bring up certain topics within the guild forum, it is up to the guild captain if they wish to make bumping acceptable or not.

    Other Information::

    Changing ownership?
Guild captains have the option of being able to give the guild ownership to another member or user, the option is located in the admin panel and the guild captain has to type in the user name, so make sure it's spelled right! Also after transferring the guild to the new owner the old guild captain will not have any powers.

    Banning members
Guild captains have the option of banning members that have joined the guild, to do this they must go into the member list, there they have the option of banning members. Guild captains/crew do not have the ability to ban non-members, so if you don’t want random people posting in the guild make it a private guild.

    Request to join explained
It is up to the guild captain when he creates the guild if he is going to allow others users to request they join. He can change this at any time by going to the admin panel. If a guild does not allow join requests then the only way to add members is by the guild captain or crew inviting them.

    The Account log
The account log deals with the money in the guild fund. Any donations that have been made (and in the future, spending) are logged on this page so the guild captain and crew can see the history of the guild funds and track where their funds are going.

    For Crew
First, to all the people that have the Crew Status, you are allowed to make Stickies and Announcements, it says below the text where you type in your post "Post topic as: •Normal •Sticky •Announcement"
Do not post anything as an Announcement!! Those are the really important threads for myself and sakura.. which is basiclly the same person sweatdrop and, DO NOT MAKE A THREAD A STICKY UNLESS IT NEEDS TO BE. Link, your sticky is fine though 3nodding

    For All Members
Follow all the rules stated in the Rules & Linkage, and be aware if you break any of those rules, anyone with the Crew Status has the right to ban you. For all people that have Crew Status, I also have to power to take away your position. DO NOT BE FOOLISH TO LOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES.

You can make your own threads, but please do not make useless ones, for they just only take up more space sweatdrop Crew Status people and Sakura can edit, delete any of the posts and delete or lock a topic, so be aware of that.
