Kaga was so close to catching up beside him, but again instead of focusing on Trigger they looked towards the training area. 'This isn't going to be how it ends, tail and tail with Trigger, for all I know he could be purposely going slow. It could be an embarrassment upon my name not to go all out.'

Heat rising in their body Kaga forced forward, clothes flapping uncontrollably in the wind. They could taste the blood in their mouth, but pushed onward forcing their chakara to give them that edge to move faster. Jumping in the air into the abundance of trees inside the gate that lined the training area, they were not looking at Trigger to know who had won.

((OutOfCake: I also don't like reading a chapter. I like quality over quantity. There is simple things people can do to make their posts better. Making sure there are capitals and punctuation. Grammer is hard, but simple things that could even be edited after. I always re-ready my posts and often times that's when I catch my mistakes after it's initially been posted. I wonder, before you kept calling Kaga a guy, why the sudden change to female identification for them?))

Hearing Trigger before seeing, Kaga had swallowed the bloody saliva instead of spitting it out. They did not wish to show any sign of weakness, not wanting it to affect their mark.

Kaga was forced to hold their toung, this was the test. As much as they wished not to fight animals, they were a common tool for ninja's. In fact, why should Kaga exclude them from the lot. They too in a sense were ninja's themselves.

Crouching down to avoid the dog's attack, Kaga grabbed onto the scruff of the dog's chest and pulled it down, slamming it hard against the ground. They felt tempted to do more, but it was against their nature to go all out on something that hadn't actually hurt them yet. Instead Kaga released the hound and rolled away from it only to hop back up into the air with their hands to land on their feet.

The damage of the amplified electricity seemed to work, but not enough to submit the beasts. Dogs were creatures that would not stop unless under superiority or killed. Even then under superiority and distress they could lash out, and in death they can still bite. Blade in hand Kaga was still able to make the proper hand signs. Before the dogs could reach them, quickly Kaga slammed their hands to the ground. Several bolts of lightening rushed from the sky and pierced the dogs that were in the air sending them straight to the ground. Any air born object could be grounded be Kaga's lightening, at least everything they had tried it on so far.

This time had been close. The new dogs had become faster, using elemental advantages, what other way could they defeat it. Sweat drops started to form on Kaga's face, but they dare not wipe it away.
'Show no signs of weakness...' Kaga said over again like a mantra.

((OutOfCake: I think I'm going to make this harder on Kaga. They need to feel the pressure before anything they will do be enough to make the dogs summit, unless you deem it so before the fun begins.))

Kaga's attacks proved fruitless and better yet the dogs had split into two each again. Circling Kaga now, they felt the sudden urge to do something, but what?
At this rate the pack of dogs would have them on the ground and in pieces. Sheathing their sword the senbons soon took it's place, but filled both hands this time, one for each finger excluding the thumbs.

Though before Kaga could throw, the four newer and faster hounds out of the eight were already upon them. Gnawing at their legs. Luckily for the leg pads the teeth barely made it through, but it still pierced Kaga enough to send them to the ground. Now that Kaga was on the training grounds floor it didn't take long for the rest to join in on the maul. Panic rising, it was gut clenching the adrenalin running through their veins now. It took only for Kaga's blood to be split for them to subconsciously call forth their blood's talent.

Opening their eyes to reveal what should normally be clouded over gold like a blind mans clouded over white eyes, but instead a near gold translucent gold. Near close to topaz replacing those dark blue abyss eyes. With all off the hounds upon Kaga, the physical connection that they had allowed them to start to crystallize them starting with their mouths. Quickly spreading through the entire body they became like solid golden hued crystal statues.

Still sitting Kaga turned their gaze upon Trigger, as if to ask is this what you wanted?

((OutOfCake: As soon as you talked about the dog splitting I was like, I know what to do. I need to give Kaga time to come up with it on their own though as well feel the need to use it. It's mainly a last resort. Fff friggen Hercules. I was looking up myth today and I feel like the hydra and Orochi are fairly similar. I wonder if the same lore was passed down, but twisted differently.))
