Cody is generally blunt, toward those around her, rarely afraid to speak her mind. Cody does have a caring side, however, and is not above showing concern for others. She seems to value peace.She loves being loud and confident.Cody also loves to keep trying and trying. Due to the loneliness she suffered in her childhood, Cody developed a craving for acknowledgement.In order to achieve this, Cody would pull pranks all around the village and even going far as strive for the title of Kazekage.Cody learns through her body. She is relatively naive and simple, being slow to understand a principle or situation, and often requiring an oversimplified analogy in order to grasp what is being explained to her. Overall, Cody responds best to competition and possesses a great confidence in herself, loudly proclaiming that she will master whatever technique she is learning in a fraction of the usual time, though she will not hesitate to ask for help if she needs it. However, when the situation calls for it or when someone dear to her is in trouble, Cody can be very serious, and will instantly try to come to their aid.

Background Information:
Cody was born In Konoha but Lives in Sunagakure,making her an expert in Wind style.When Cody was a child she had a Test Seal placed on her.It originally was suppose to be sealed on someone else who was also born at the same time as her but the parents of the child objected and made Cody become the 'Tester'.As she grew up the other kids feared her because they thought she'd Yell and hurt them if they hurt her or made her mad so they kept a great distance away from her.Only her brother would play with her and train her.As a Genin she learned many Wind Release Techniques quickly and mastered them without taking up to much time.Which made her father and mother proud along with her brother,However Her Mother Lived in Konoha so she never really got to see Her.Once when her parents left for a mission they never returned which caused her to worry.Her brother told her that they just needed more time but she knew better.And after a couple of months of investigating what really happened she found out and became enraged,She Had found out her Mother was killed and Her father had to keep hidden in Konoha.She attacked many people from the village including her own Comrades.After attempting to kill some Shinobi The Kazekage sent someone to stop her.Her brother was out on a mission while this happened but came back right when she was going to Attack the shinobi trying to stop her.He watched in horror as his sister attacked the people.After waiting a bit he attacked her and tried out his own sealing jutsu on her.He quickly sealed the part of her memories that reminded her what happened her Mother which slowly killed him.When the sealing was over he fell to the ground barely alive.Cody was shocked when she saw her brother nearly dead.When she found herself not even scratched she put the pieces together and became sad.She tried saving her brother but failed and he ended up dying shortly after.His last words to her were "Stay strong...Keep fighting...And never listening to anyone who tells you that you are a Improper Shinobi...Your a great Shinobi and i know one day you'll become....." Then he died which caused her great sadness and loneliness.The village's Kazekage had witnessed the whole thing and made the decision that she could only stay a Shinobi as long as she never Went through secret files and scrolls again.Since She was Born In Konoha she has a strong bond with only a few in the Village.After some time,Cody completed many missions and showed everyone that anyone could become Kage if they tried hard. And she showed this herself,by becoming what she always dreamed of. Kazekage. Now her dream is to defend the village until her last breath.

You cannot have rasengan techniques, you have to learn Chidori, from my character, and you have to learn rasengan from Sai, the RaiKage. Besides that everything looks good. blaugh Please edit that one part, then i will approve
