You might be asking yourself; what goes in this forum? What can I post, and where?
So on this post, I will explain what goes where.
Main forum:(Titled Announcements, Rules and OOC)
-This is the page you get to do when you press "forum" on the guild menu.
What Will be posted by crew members:
-Announcements
-Important guild-wide information
-OOC stuff
What you can post:
-Anything not related to the roleplay. This serves as a chatterbox. It doesn't have to be Potter related, but it is recommended
-Questions about the roleplay(Please specify it is a question in the title)
House Subforums:
-These are the subforums titled Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.
What the crew will post:
-Profile submitting pages. We will provide pages for ALL profiles. They include a profile skeleton. All you do is post your profile in that thread.
-House lists. These include lists of students, prefects, and the quidditch team.
-House attributes. These are reference only, and are not to be posted in.
-Common Rooms. These are for roleplay. Basically a hang out place for characters who don't have anything better going on so they can get into the roleplay. You can come here anytime.
What you can post:
-You may respond to threads, but creating threads in these subforums is crew-only.
Hogwarts Interior:
(Coming Soon)
Crew:
-Great Hall. A roleplaying spot.
-Various classes, for roleplay
-Hogwats castle, for roleplay
-Teacher profiles and lists.
You:
-Once again, this is a respond only subforum
Hogwarts Grounds:
(Coming Soon)
Crew:
-Care of Magical Creatures roleplay
-Herbology roleplay
-Quidditch practice by house(Ravenclaw Quidditch practice, Gryffindor Quidditch practice, etc). This is for practicing only. For fun, you can start disagreements like those seen when Slytherin tried to practice during Gryffindor's practice in the books, when Draco first joined the team. Just saying, tis allowed.
-Forbidden forest. We all like to go on an adventure sometime, and it ties into the plot.
-Quidditch matches. These will be posted as they come, so if you see one posted, it means there is a match in progress.
You:
-Same as above forums

We officially begin posting when we have at least two students in each house (which we currently have), as well as a good handful of teachers (at least four). We've just added the last part considering it'd be quite difficult to start without at least half the teachers there. It might be too much to ask for right now but we want to make sure we get off to a good start. Also we start off at King's Cross Station.

It's perfectly fine. Having two teachers would be quite a challenge. I'd just stick to one for now. smile
