It was said "There were no Survivors." Many have heard of the Tale of The Fall of Opius. No one is said to have survived the attack, but people did survive, and those people, along with survivors of other, smaller attacks, had to find new homes. The problem was, the other kingdoms, rejected the refugees, saying that they needed to focus on there own problems. So the refugees were left to fend for themselves. They Grouped up, and settled down, but they were attacked again. So they fled to an island. They settled down again, safe from the world, For now. Unfortunately, Thieves and bandits, also used that new found city, as a refuge from the law. The new found city, wasn't strong enough to overcome them, and they took over the city. The city became a hell hole. The bandits now run the entire city. They keep to themselves mostly, but If you get on the wrong side of them in this city, Consider yourself Dead.

Mercenaries...
A refuge, and A hell. The Rouge city houses many things. From erotic shops with everything available for sale, the Infamous Black market hidden among the city, and the bandit hideout. This place is a dream come true, and a nightmare. You could save a life in this city, but lose a lot more. Buying some bandages could result in you needing to use them just seconds later. The bandits are ruthless, and are quite a force to be reckoned with. Ruthless Killers. It's amazing those kind of people can exist in this already corrupted world. Among of the bandits, are mercenaries for hire, but be careful, some will just take your money, and leave you dead. Others, will do the job, and take your money, and still leave you dead. It's all about choices in this world...

Beware of the Night...  The City, Is not a safe place. Never use this place as a safe refuge. It may be safer than the outside, but if you have the choice between any other place, Stay away from the Rogue city. It's a dangerous place. If you venture into the Rogue city, make sure you can defend yourself, or consider yourself dead. You may find what your looking for, but make sure you can make it out of the city, but be afraid, if you have done something that the bandit's do not like, they will hunt you down...
