So I got the game Tuesday, I was a little iffy on the puzzle gameplay, thinking I'd want to just get them over with to get to the story and characters. But to my pleasant surprise the puzzle part is very addicting and enjoyable. I'm playing on easy, but the puzzles are still fairly challenging. They're not hard but not easy enough for me to doze off. The bosses are still a pain in the a** though. But that's mainly because the boss will catch up with me too quickly then the puzzle being hard.

I am a little disappointed with the girls though. Neither seems like a good match for Vincent. Catherine is too bubbly and looks to be the type to drag Vincent to a things only she enjoys. Plus their relationship is really only on a superficial level. Katherine seems kind of like a b***h, who simply orders Vincent around and expects to do what he's told no matter how he feels about it. Both relationships seem to center around what the girl wants and as long as she's happy who gives a damn about Vincent and his needs. Plus Katherine and Vincent have been dating for 5 years and it doesn't seem like it at all. They barely make physical contact and the way they talk and act with each other they feel like strangers. ((But maybe that's only how I played the story... Even though I was going for Katherine...))

I'm on the last level now, and god damn I want to punch Katherine in the face. She either gets in the way or she's too damn slow. Way to be a blocking climbing noob. D< I really wanted to finish the game tonight, but I doubt I will since it's 3:30 in the morning already. And of course my dumb a** forgot to save before this level. Grr!!

So what does everyone else think of the game?

If you like puzzle games then you'll like Catherine. The game is addictive and fun.
