Ok, so it seems that dark/tragic love poems are my forte... I was given the title 'one million kisses' and had to write a poem for it as a challenge a few months ago, this here is my result. sweatdrop
I actually like the way this one turned out... alot of heart went into it 3nodding
One Million Kisses
One million kisses, from lips that aren't there
She smiles but she worries
Does he really care?
One million kisses, lit up on the screen
He recieves them and wonders
Is it really just me?
One million kisses, thought of at school
She remembers and ponders
Why is fate so cruel?
One million kisses, and pain hand in hand
He feels it and asks her
Do we both feel this sad?
One million kisses, connecting false dots
She pauses and whispers
Liar, loves me not.
One million kisses, they'll try to be friends
He tries but he's thinking
Did it all have to end?

I really like this one too! You can feel the heart! I think that it's just enough to capture the moment perfectly. I wouldn't call it dark per se. It's just not light-hearted. Anyway, it was a pleasure to read.
