Bio: Delta was born and raised in Midgar city. He grew up fighting monsters with his father. One day, he just uped and disappeared. When this happened, Delta was taken to an unmarked facility and used as a testing subject. That is where he got the name Delta. He eventually escaped. He is wanted everywhere, but will still cause a commotion if somebody is getting hurt or something along those lines.
Special Abilities: Delta can use many types of magic and has mastered the Crystal bow.
