Metal Gear Solid?(sorry, couldn't fit in title)Here is a list of my reasons:
1.It takes place in Alaska
2.You were inteded to breach and sneak through the mission
3.I believe in the third game, the parachute you arrive with malfunctions
4.The Chimera tanks in the simulation has drills instead of wheels, just like the Shagohod in the third game.
5.( had plenty more reasons, but summer is just getting in my head!)

I've never played MGS. It's never really appealed to me, but I'll feign interest.

No, many games have the same weapons and features but are completely different, this was made because before the DLC even came out on the load screens it talks about an annex of canada or something and plus fallout is funner
