This is where the requests to make missions must be made to the higher ups. Also make sure that unless otherwise stated any mission that is A ranked or higher must have at least two jonin in the team going on the mission or one ANBU member. Also any B ranked missions should have at least two to three chunin or one Jonin and one Chunin. Any unknown Ranked mission must have at least one Jonin in the team to be going on the mission. The payment of the missions is up to the person who came up with the mission. If the mission is easy they dont have to do more than pay the bare minimum where as if the mission is harder than was expected then they will choose the price starting with the upper end of the pay rate. Also if you join up on a mission and then vanish you might end up getting a lower amount of payment than others who pick up the slack.
