The Sealed Chambers are a group of underground rooms located under the Nefarious Manor. The only way to enter is through a hidden trap door in the Manor. Everyone worthy of the title 'villain' comes to these chambers to plot evil ideas, as well as hangout and relax after a hard days work of heinous acts.
