The Volk Sera Clan had planned to use the place as a temporary refuge for other Rune Writers during the war. A little pocket of peace, where many who were tired and wary of battle found comfort. However after the war, many Rune Writers agreed that posts like Volk Sera and Homa'Youn are necessary for their safety that the Volk Sera clan decide to keep the old post alive.
Before the Volk Sera arrived, the trade post had been an empty shell of a place. Run down and full of squatters. Now its seem more like a town, albeit a very small town. It only carries two inns and a pub. Most of the building are only used when a group stops by, normal one or two stay for a while. Only to leave, giving the outpost more of a ghost town or empty town feeling with since only the Volk Sera clan lives there all year around. Sadly they are still a small clan. However for those who wonder away for Angeith Trade Town or are on the search for a Rune Writer will find that in the small town beside a pond where there is always a warm meal and a good drink...for a fee.
