2. 8 Minute Time Limit aditional
3. Items set to "Off" and "None"
4. Neutral Stages and counterpicks are fine
-I've have had brawls where opponents edit the handicap and put items on and pick one of the worst stages, DO NOT do this. You have nothing to gain with rules like these, it'll just make you look desperate!
(These are the standard Brawl rules, if this is new to you, any game you join go by these rules. These rules are also tournament set rules, when you and your opponent have the same stock, the winner will be given to the challenger with the least %)
Any smack talk involved right before a brawl, such as "Pffft, I'll beat you without losing a stock talk2hand " or such, will be reversed blaugh
