Appearance: Outside of Suit, Long Brown Hair, Jacket, Jeans. The Suit is a Black Jump Suit, with bullet proof plates over the heart, shoulders, for easy mobility. The Helmet has a gasmask, and night vision lens'. Also, his ears have special micro-sensors by his ears that pick up the slightest sound, or change in sound waves. The rest is extremely durable leather, that can stop cuts, but not stabs, from cheap blades.

Personality: Quiet, Kills only when needed.
Powers: Extreme Acrobatics, Can harness Electricity, and launch it. He Uses The Battery Pack on his belt. Also, there are Mechanical Joints, that move completely in synch and enhance his movements, and Addrenaline implants in the helmet, making him stronger.
Weakness: Armor is too Light to Offer Much Protection, Since the separate battery he uses to launch power has a short supply, he has to borrow power from the equipment, Causing him to Be an Easy fight in the dark, and Vunerable to any sort of Gas if the battery is used up, or destroyed.

Origin: Leon's past is not a pretty one, as he was raised by a drunken, abusive father, and a mother who laughed. Leon slowy grew up, his anger building, until he ran away. He stayed with his best friend, Michael, until he was killed by a local gang called G-8. After years of training and grieving, he reached age 24.He was now capable of doing things that Normal humans couldnt do, all by extensive training. Leons Training In Combat and Espionage, had prepared him track down, and confront the man who killed Michael. In six months, he soon found Viktor Getz, and brought him to justice, using the System Suit. He spent the last 6 years working on the Suit, with both his life savings, and Checks that were provided by the government, so that they could use his research and weaponize the System Suit. The Suit could manipulate the electrons in electricity, and can channel it in an form, giving him the power to harness electricity. He traveled from town to town, helping with the local crime problems, until he ended up here.
