Have you ever tested a software and it said you had a lot or registry errors? Well, the sad part about registry errors a lot of them are not errors at all that these programs and softwares find. Some look for registries no longer used by anything on your PC or are blank. And others use algorithmics/algorithms to find registries it deems a error. Do not trust these programs. Very few are accurate let alone actually fix anything on your pc. Hiryo here will explain good concepts to fix your registries and increase PC performance without damaging your regs or getting a pointless software downloaded. The Windows Registry is formated database that stores filed settings and options on operating systems. They do impede PC performance if not cleaned and defragged. I leave the rest here in Hiryo's hands. cool

Alright!! ^_^ Thanks Ashrah. Okay, for starters there are many good programs out there that do clean registries very well. but you have to be careful for some will damage registries. One good one that I know of is Advanced System Care Pro using it's deep clean. it works rather well. However you have to pay for this feature but...... You can get the pro version free by searching on youtube. I can not say more then that. Ccleaner also has a reg cleaner but it is not that good and only fixes minor issues and some are not issues at all but are actually required by the PC such as how a image format gets opened. So be careful with Ccleaner reg cleaner. In most case it is good and will not cause problems. having your registries defragged and compressed properly prevents registries from having open spaces and speeds up the reading of them but not many programs do a good job of this... Again Advanced System care Pro version is one of those few. But there are others. Just PM me or post here on the forum if you want a list of GOOD programs that can defrag your regs without causing errors. You can manually fix registries using regedit but I do not recommend this. If you want to do this please make sure you know what you are doing and or message me and I can help to a degree with registries. many cases your PC get hijacked and has vile regs that you yourself have to manually remove. In such cases I can help you if need be but that is not for this forum. if you have any questions about registries please post them here or PM me. Posting is preferred.
