1.I think I'd be good ranked as the 3rd seat,because I'm not aprpriate for the Fukutaicho rank.But like this I'll do just fine

1. I think I would be good for either 4th or 5th seat because I'm responsible, always turn everything needed in on time, and will try and donate my time if I can to this guild
2. I would take my position seriously because I am very responsible for my age and love Hitsukarin!
3. I would show the utmost care and respect to my superiors and subordinates and their opinions
4. I would be willingly to help out with contests or activities other members make

This is Celebadger's Fukutaicho Form that she sent me. She is new, and hasn't figured out how to post in the forums yet, so I will post it for her. Here it is:
#1) Why do you want to be the Fukutaicho?
A1: Hitsukarin is my favourite pairing in, not only Bleach, but any and all Anime that I have previously watched. They will always remain as my favourites, regardless of whether or not they ever become canon or not. I’m willing to stand up for this pairing, though I will try to resolve any bashing from, probably, Hitsuhina fans without too much fuss or resentment left behind.
By becoming fukutaicho I believe that I’d be able to help expand the Hitsukarin fanbase and to encourage more Hitsukarin fans to become active.
#2) What would you be willing to do as Fukutaicho?
A2: I would be willing to advertise the guild and publicize it in order to gain more members to boost the Hitsukarin fanbase. I have several ideas that we can run for when the Guild has enough members and am itching to try them out.
I would also be prepared to make an AMV opening-type video advertising the Guild and then post it on YouTube. I have a good reputation for producing good Hitsukarin vids and as such this would give the Guild great publicity.
Also, if any member is violating the basic rules of the Guild I am prepared to play the ‘bad-guy’ and, if necessary, chuck them out.
#3) Why you think you would be the best suited to become Fukutaicho?
A3: I am motivated and a very hard worker at any task that I am given, even if I don’t like the work. In this case though, with doing something that I love, my drive to perform tasks even better grows stronger. If I start a project then I’ll do it, and I’ll do it well. I am not a person for half-baked results and if I don’t like a piece of work because I feel that it lacks effort I will say so.
I am also organized, so anything sent to me for any reason would not get lost amongst the copious amounts of files on my computer. If given a deadline I will make sure to complete whatever work I have in time for that given date and even before if I can.
If I am given something to file or organize I will make sure that it gets done in a professional and clearly presented matter.
#4) Would you take your position seriously, and why?
A4: This Guild is an organization and without proper structure in place it would simply not be able to operate. It’s simple logic. Fooling around with a position of authority is suicide to not only the fool but also the followers.
#5) Would you respect your superiors and your subordinates?
A5: I respect people in general and being rude, brash or disrespectful is not in my nature. However, as this is a structure of authority, I will adhere to any orders handed down, given that they do not infringe upon my moral code. (eg: I refuse to steal any work from another and claim that it is my own, etc.)
My superior seated officers have authority and I need to listen to orders; simple as that.
#6) In the event that the Taicho is unable to perform her duties, would you be willing to take up her responsibilities as Taicho until her return?
A6: Yes, I would.

Kera-Taicho I am also looking for a Fukutaicho (Vice Captain/Lieutenant). Please fill out the form below and send it to me via PM if you want a chance at the position. I am also looking for people to fill the seated positions (i.e. 5th Seat, & so on...) 3-20. Fill in the form below the form for Fukutaicho if you want to apply. And I want to treat this as a highly important task and as a challenge to myself, to see what can be improved, and then relay any suggestions to the vice-captain to give to the taicho #3) Would you respect your superiors and your subordinates? Yes at all times because just like me they are also just fellow online players that are here because we support hitsukarin, and it is important to have a positive environment, since this might attract more supporters to come to the guild. #4) What would you be willing to do as a seated officer? Any and all work that needs doing. And also ensure that any and all deadlines are reached so that this can be one of the Hitsukarin guilds out there.
