It has come to my attention that the guild has begun to fall short in the form of requests. I would just like to clarify the responsibilities of being on crew during the beginnings of a guild. Pay close attention because if you have not done one of these things lately, you may be in danger of losing your position:

1. You MUST stay active in the guild. Just logging on to gaia and checking the guild isn't enough. If you see that there are no recent posts for that day, make one and encourage others to participate.

2. You have to recruit other gaians to join the group, this involves actively posting in the gaia forums and sending requests to friends. This is imperative to gain members. Seeing that this is the beginning, having just one person join is all it takes to get the ball rolling. Additionally it has come to my attention that high ranking crew members have yet to recruit even one member, if this is you, you are in danger of being written up for possible demotion so please add at least one new member.

3. If you are to be away from gaia or this guild for a while please send me a message stating so. That way, I will believe that you are becoming inactive.

SN: I would just like to add a reminder that I am paying you a hefty sum to do your job and if you are not doing it then you wont be getting paid.


I really to sound so mean but I am the President and I am dead serious about getting this guild off of its feet. If you feel that you will no longer be able to fulfill your duties please send me a resignation ASAP.
