 Taylinn Tsuzuki xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx▋▍ ♥ x Ｉｎｔｒｏｄｕｃｔｉｏｎ x ➸ After leaving the shop Taylinn had undid the handcuffs around Mateo's wrists and then pushed him into the backseat of a car and gingerly stepped into the car herself, closing the door behind herself. "Get going." the silverette told her driver, her voice cold. The driver started the car and soon was making it's way to Taylinn's home. After about an hour in the car the dragon girl felt her eyes grow heavy and she yawned lightly. She rubbed her eyes and struggled to keep them open, though her attempts were in vain, as her red eyes fluttered closed within the next minute. As the silver haired girl slept she shifted around in her sleep, trying to get more comfortable. After moving around for a few minutes she stopped and stayed where she was, her head resting against Mateo's shoulder as she slept peacefully.

 I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo was so glad when he felt his misstress stop him and take off the plastic handcuffs. He started to say thank you but clamoed his mouth down on the words. After the generous act she gruffly shoved him towards a classy car, sported with its own chauffer. She opened the door for him and pushed him in. As she stepped into the seat next to him he glanced at locked door on his side. His fingers yearned to pull the lock up and leap out of the car, but the existence of his owner weighed the air heavily. She was a dragon, so such a tiny effort would be completely useless.
She ordered the driver to drive, short and cold. Nothing like the way she'd talked to him, teasing and interesting, but still cold. Now she just sounded stiff.
The drive went by extremely slowly. He leaned his head against the back of his seat and tilted it to the side. Watching cars and buildings turn into the bright countryside bored him, but there wasn't much to look at in the car.
When mateo had just thuroughly fixated himself at looking up towards the clouds, he heard his misstress. He looked over and saw her eyes closed peacefully, her whole face relaxed as she slept.
She'd fallen asleep!?
Mateo grumbled and sighed. After a second of listening to the girl stir around endlessly he figured he might try doing something that was on his mind. He leaned forward against his seat belt and tapped on the window seperating him and the driver. Realising the disturbing deja-vu, he winced.
"Yes?" said a stiff sounding chauffer after the window had rolled down a few inches. Mateo supposed he was doing that out of safety. After all, one of Mateo's first thought in this car had been to try and strangle the driver.
"Hey, this girl, what's her name?" he asked.
The chauffer sighed like Mateo was an idiot. Mateo supposed everyone thought he was an idiot today. "That is Miss Taylin, boy."
He looked back at Taylin, matching the name to her peaceful sleeping face. "Okay, and how long is it gonna be until we get to her house?" The chauffer ignored him very obviously by rolling the window back up. Mateo leaned back in an angry huff. A second later the light weight of his misstress' head rested on his shoulder. He opened his mouth in a silent ouch, trying to shrug her off. That was the shoulder he'd landed on in the cage. Her cheek bone pressed into the bruise painfully.
"Taylin," he whispered pleadingly. He looked around. Nope. Nothing to smother her with. "Taylin, get off," he tried a little louder and into her ear which was at his chin when he turned his head. Her silver hair tickled his nose and he had to turn his head back to the window.

Her blurred eyesight eventually cleared and she glared over at Mateo. How did he know her name? Then she remembered the driver. That idiot! She made a mental note to herself to punish the driver after she reached her home. "What do you want boy?" the silverette seethed angrily, not happy with being woken up. She hadn't slept for awhile and was quite surprised she hadn't fallen asleep before then. "I was trying to sleep! Are you too stupid to understand that!?" Taylinn was still unaware that her head had been resting against his shoulder. "Did I even say that you could call me by my name?"

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo's shoulder sagged in relief as Taylinn got off his shoulder. He smiled at the window, then suddenly got bombarded by her seething voice. He looked over at her red eyes glaring at him. His eyebrows raised and she continued on, blaming him for ruining her sleep.
"You are-" you are kidding me, he meant to say. He was cut off. She called him stupid for that, another person to say or think so today. He waited for her to run out of steam, rubbing his bruised shoulder tenderly.
"Okay, first of all, I thought my name was Sunshine. Didn't we agree not to call me boy?" He said to break the ice. He leaned towards her, glowering. "Do you have any idea where you were sleeping. You were on my shoulder. It hurts enough, and your bony cheek bones aren't helping!" A fraction of today's immense frusteration had just been released taking it out on Taylinn. "Would you rather I had pushed you off my shoulder? I figured I would lose a hand for that!" He leaned back, face flushed in complete anger. he still wanted to shout, but he had to hold it in. He quickly looked back at the window, thinking that she was about to kill him or bring him back for a refund. Probably the first since they'd been driving for nearly an hour.
Yep, I am one sorry idiot.

The silverette lowered her head."Sorry." she muttered, the apology barely above a quiet whisper. "Thanks for not shoving me off." The dragon girl turned her head back to the window in an attempt to hide her face because she was still blushing. The car suddenly stopped and Taylinn hurriedly got out, leaving the door open for Mateo to get out on his own. "This is my home. You'll be living here as well. Just don't ruin anything Sunshine." the silverette called back to the boy, once again referring to him as Sunshine because her anger was slowly fading. She knew she was at fault that time and that she had no right to yell at him that time. It was entirely her fault for two reasons. One, she had fallen asleep on his shoulder (apparently the injured one) and then she had snapped at him without finding out what happened.

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo was almost shell shocked when the car abruptly stopped. Taylinn had just apologized. He may not have known her that well, but to him, she certainly didn't seem like the type to apologize to anyone. What's more, just before the car had halted she had even pointlessly thanked him for not pushing her off. He saw no reason to why she had to thyank him. Wasn't she just flipping out at him like a basket case for calling her by name? At least one thing was normal. She probably turned her head away in disgust, or shame for having touched a thug like him. Oh, don't worry. I not offended.
She hurried out of the car and he followed after a second. The sky was much brighter than in the car and it took him a moment to blink and get acustomed to the lighting. He turned to look over the car, searching for a mansion of some kind, since she was obviously rich. Even he was suprised to see a castle though. His mouth popped open as he stared across the smooth grass landscape to the cream coloured brick castle that was Taylinn's home. It had many windows, a tower, possibly even a dungeon.
If he escaped, which he would see if he still wanted to after touring the place, he'd have to bundel up some things on the way out.
"A-a castle?" He stuttered to Taylinn. His eyes didn't leave it for a second. He was imagining everything inside, money, jewels, everything you could imagine in a fairytail treasury. "It even has a dragon," Mateo said. It didn't sound as if he was joking.

She ran her fingers through her silver hair gently. "Of course. What did you expect? A mansion?" the dragon girl inquired with a subtle smirk. Taylinn clapped her hands together softly at Mateo's dragon remark. "Very good. For once the words that came out of your mouth weren't stupid. That was actually a bit clever, Sunshine." she said with a small smile.
The silver-haired dragon girl made her way to the door of her house as fast as she could without running. She stood at the door for a moment, making it seem like she was contemplating letting the boy into her house."Maybe he could just live outside. That wouldn't hurt him. well, not too bad anyways." she muttered, half to herself. Taylinn twisted the door handle and pushed the door open before stepping inside. The driver had left as soon as Mateo had gotten out and Taylinn just noticed. "Damn it. I'm going to have to punish him for that later." the silverette muttered under her breath, the expression on her face turning sour.

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo nodded dumbly when Taylinn asked if he had expected some kind of mansion. He had never been to a place like this. His past had mainly been surviving on the streets after a fire took his home and father.
Quickly he focused on leaving that thought behind. It helped him see thecastle in a new light. It was the home of his master, Taylinn the dragon. A.K.A. not the luxury estate of his dreams. He was a slave here.
Those thoughts brouught him back to his moody self. He followed Taylinng to the door, ignoring her compliment on his wit. He was sure that in her rush he was the only one who heard how quickly the dirver pulled away. Obviously Taylinn wasn't to popular with the help.
When she stopped at the door, seeming to hesitate, he wondered why. Why? Because she doesn't want me in her castle. Che, fine. He was used to that. He even ignored her comment. After a few more seconds of just standing there she opened the door. She didn't immediately shut the door after her so mateo took that as an invitation inside.
"Fine," he said loudly after hearing her muttered complaint about the driver. "In the mean time, can I use your bathroom?"

The silverette ran her fingers through her hair lightly and glanced over at Mateo. "In the mea time, can I use your bathroom?" She didn't see what was wrong with letting him use the bathroom so she nodded and pointed to a hallway to the right of Mateo. "Go about 20 feet and then stop. The bathroom will be on the left side." After giving him the directions to the place the silver haired girl walked over to the nearest chair and sat down in it, curling up as her eyes closed within a few seconds. The sour look slowly dissolved into a more peaceful expression as she slept. The small time the dragon girl had been asleep in her car hadn't helped at all. Plus, if she was going to punish anyone she would need her strength back up.

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo followed Taylinn's finger to a hallways leading out of the living room. He nodded and hurried that way.
He was suprised at how homey her castle was. Instead of a grand hall when they opened the front doors there ws the living room. Styled with sofas, expensive looking decorations, and most thing you'd find in a living room. He bounced down the nice hallway at the distance he though was aproximately 20 feet. Either that or metres. He couldn't tell the difference between the two. Anyway he found his left side door and opened it. It was big, like he'd predicted, but normal. He walked in and shut the door without a thought for silence. He rushed to the, which he found was windowless, and emptied himself.
When he got back to the living room he saw taylinn lying on the sofa. He stopped and stood still, womdering what to do. Knowing what she was, and presented with the chance, he really didn't want to try killing her. He remembered how quickly she'd woken when he said her name in the car.
Well, should I just stay here? He gave it a thought and frowned. She had 'bought' him at her own risk. If she hadn't learned about his attitude to a large, rich house empty besides a sleeping lady...well he'd take the oppurtunity. He dashed out of the room through the hall way he'd come through and opened a different door. It appeared to be another huge dining room. A beautiful room with velvet and wood chairs, gold framed art, a woden table with crystal bowls of little candies. To top it off a huge, elaborate, and extremely complecatedly jewled chandelire hung from the ceiling low and close to the table's middle. Greedily He took a small handful of them and shoved them in his pocket for a snack. He made sure it didn't look lumpy and examined the room for other goods. Nothing looked as satisfying as the crystal's attatched to the chandelire, so he stood on a table and reached for it. A golden arm of the chandelire in his hand, he held it still while with his other hand he slowly tried to take a single crystal. One of them must be worth a taxi ride away from this city. He finally popped it off and shoved it in his pocket. Then, looking around to make sure he didn't have to silence anyone of his burglary, he jumped off the chair and ran back to the hall, through it, and back to the living room. He was relieved to see Taylinn still dozing on the chair.

"That's the last time I'm sleeping in that chair." she muttered, still rather tired. The silverette scanned the room and her eyes stopped on Mateo. What was he doing here still? She would have thought he had taken the chance to run while she slept. He must've been up to something. But what? What did thugs do? Then it hit her. Steal. Of course! He must have explored her castle and took somethings for himself. Taylinn walked up to Mateo and reached into his pocket without a word. Pulling out the candies she wasn't really fazed, but then she pulled out the crystal. The silverette growled angrily. Taylinn grabbed Mateo's injured shoulder roughly and dug her fingers into it. "Did I say you could touch any of my crystals? Did you think you could get away with it? Are you that stupid?!" The dragon girl's voice was raised louder with each question she shot at the red head.

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... It took a while for Mateo's sleeping misstress. The whole time he'd been tempted to run, find a way out, go out the front door, but it couldn't be that easy. she wouldn't make those threats or waste money on him if he were to do that. He anxiously stood in the room, looking around the living room, sitting uncomfortably on the seats in silence.
When she finally did wake up and glance at him, he thought, too late, oh well. He wanted to have a secure time period for searching the house. He wanted to check for any type of security.
Suddenly, after a short uneasy silence between him and Talinn she stood up and marched to him. The look on his face warned him of suspicion, and before he could say anything to turn the suspicion into annoyance, she shoved his hands in his pocket. She took out the candies first, and he felt his face go dark red. She didn't seem fazed, but when she grabbed the jewel in his other pocket he raised his eyes in a silent: Why? to God.
Mateo knew it was coming in some form, but the force in Taylinn's rough grip on his injured shoulder made him grimace.
"Did I say you could touch my crystals? Did you think you could get away with it? Are you that stupid!?" She yelled at him. Mateo didn't know if she noticed, but with every sylambole her grip dug farther into her shoulder until he could feel it breaking the skin. He screwed his face in pain for his bleeding bruise and tried to back away bit.
"Okay, okay I'm sorry! Please, I didn't know what I was thinking," he said in tight voice. He raised his face to the ceiling and squinted his eyes, gritted his teeth. Before his shoulder broke he whacked away her hand, backing away and falling onto a couch. Blood stained through his barely white shirt. His eyes were wide, comparing the girl to the amazing strength. How was that possible?

Especially those crystals." she told him. The dragon girl made her way over to the couch and pulled his shirt down off his shoulder so she could see the now bleeding bruise. Her red eyes seemed to glow with remorse as she applied light pressure to the bruise before pulling back. Taylinn grabbed a first aid kit then placed it next to him. "Fix yourself up." the silverette told him. "My home is all I have left." she whispered to herself sadly.

I may have had everything taken from me... ...But Reminding me of that is going to hurt you more than me... Mateo nearly sighed in relief when Taylinn didn't come after him a second time. She only swept her hand through her hair, threatened his life, and left it at that. He held his breath quietly just in case. Taylinn came up to him and he braced himself, but she lifted up his shirt and looked at his bruise. With her head so close he remebered the time she had fallen asleep on that shoulder. The way her hair tickled his nose back then, the memory made his face heat until she applied a bit of pressure to his bruise. He was brought back to reality and grunted in pain. His eyes squinted, and he clutched his fist tightly until she let go. She went away for a bit, leaving him to wonder what to do, then came back and dropped a first aid kit next to him.
"Fix yourself up," the girl told him. He nodded and started to open it quietly. The atmosphere was so tense he could almost feel her burning him up in flames.
"My home is all I have left," she muttered a second later. He looked up at her sullen face and felt bad suddenly.
He quietly took out some of the first aid supplies and sorted it out, trying to find out which stuff did what. He read some lables, gave up and thought about something to say.
"Um..." He hesitated. "Were those crystals, like, valuable?...I mean, to you. I just, uh...saw them on the chandelire, I didn't think that...I don't know, I thought you wouldn't notice." God, what was he doing? Even to him it was hard to tell if he was apologizing or just rubbing it in. It reminded him of the way he used to apologize to mom. He rummaged a bit more in the first aid kit, hoping she'd say something. Even a lecture would be nice.
