He is, after all, the pilot and operator of a colony ship. Ghost likes all things of artificial being. If he's not around Mother or staring at the Seed growth tanks for hours, he can mostly be found roaming the ship, salvaging things from the wrecked parts or studying.
Personality:
+ patient
Due to his silent and tolerating nature, Ghost is a very patient man. This is a huge plus for him, being responsible for the care and protection of the children. He can endure being talked to for hours on end and will listen to anything broght up to him by his little charges, no matter how trivial.
+ devoted
Ghost is very devoted to his task. He knows that protecting Mother at any cost comes first, unless they wished to go extinct. He would lay down his life for Mother without second thought.
+ determined
As sworn protector, Ghost never backs down or gives up on his task. He does everything thoroughly and without complaint.
- silent
Never being a man of many words, Ghost seldom talks unless being adressed. Some might see this as a positive trait, but it often results in him being quite withdrawn and a bit antisocial. He has seen his share of war and is hesitant to get too close to others in case he might loose them.
- overbearing
Ghost is the role model of overprotective parent. He is a 'safety first' and 'no nonsense' person. Nothing aggravates him more than the thought that one of his little charges or worse, Mother, could get hurt.
Threatening one of his charges is the easiest - and probably only - way to provoke him.

Weakness:
Ghost is very paranoid. He does hardly trust anyone or anything that is not a Genome. Even though he tolerates other species and is quite civil to them, he does not essentially like them.
History:
Being born shortly after the first War, Ghost has seen his fair share of violence and death. Trained by various masters in combat, he became one of Arens closer followers. That was also the main reason why he became an operator.
Ghost strives for the creation of a peaceful colony under his guardianship, and wishes for the children to grow up with the ideal of peace in mind.

Mother
Ghost loves Mother with a passion. He would do anything to keep her safe, knowing that she is irreplacable for them.
Aren
He is Ghost's mentor, teacher and somewhat surrogate father, and he is also the person from his past that he cares about the most.
Slven
The boy / man who is closest to a younger brother to him as anyone could. He doesn't know if Slven feels the same, but he wonders if he might find out some day.
Argent
He's not sure about his feelings yet, or is he? It may be love or something else, but for sure he feels drawn to the younger man in a way that is still unfamiliar to him.
The children placed under his care.
